Tucker Carlson reacted to President Trump's rally in Johnson City, Tenn., where he stumped for Senate candidate Rep. Marsha Blackburn and criticized several high-profile Democrats.

Trump said he wished that former Vice President Joe Biden (D-Del.) would declare a bid for the presidency: "[He] wants to challenge [me] to a fight behind the barn. Oh I would love" that, Trump said.

Trump also took aim at Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), who he called "Da Nang Blumenthal" -- after the port city in Vietnam -- where the senator falsely claimed to have served in the military. Blumenthal was in the Reserves but never deployed.

Carlson took issue with Juan Williams' critique of Trump for telling rallygoers that Democrats are campaigning in favor of crime.

Carlson said the contention is true, as Democrats are "explicit" in their arguments against "enforcing the borders."

"Once here, no one can be deported [under Democrats' ideology]," he said.

Carlson said "traditional Democrats" like Biden and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) are hearing their far-left colleagues and piping in with "extreme things because they're... trying to get where the 'kids' are."

"Trump smells this. He knows [old-school Democrats] are terrified because they're being eaten by their own party."
