Another unsubstantiated claim. How do you count users that have never been caught to see what percentage were Black versus white? That's like trying to accurately count the number of crimes never committed because of guns.

Unfortunately, there is a reputation that prejudices many against Blacks. We have incidents of Starbucks not allowing Black non-customers using their restrooms. Definitely discriminatory. But even Jessie Jackson noted his anxiety when walking down the street and feeling relieved when it wasn't a Black person approaching him. It is an earned prejudice that unfortunately hits those undeserving of it as well.

Because they were arrested and hauled off to jail. Did you not know that when you're arrested, you're taken to jail and imprisoned until you post bond? Those prison sentences aren't even counted in the "incarcerations" number, but it's jail time nevertheless, for many months for many of them if they can't make bail.

These discussions are clear evidence why we must end the failed and racist War on Drugs. Those who support the War on Drugs don't know anything about it. SAD!!

There are studies conducted by the DHHS pertaining to drug use. All the time, on a regular basis. These are the studies that the equal use is based on. But you know that, because you've already commented a few days ago that those aren't reliable because you think blacks lie on the studies more than whites.

No, never have been "big" on "law and order". Laws that serve little or no purpose and cause great harm in their execution are bad in my book, always have been. I grew up free and we had very little "law enforcement". We had a night watchman for the city and a County Sheriff with 1 Deputy. It was Mayberry for real without Barney.

California legalized recreational marijuana last year so he lost his knowledge war last year where it mattered, so did your source SAM, they were on Laura's show whining about their HUUUGE loss in California. The man was totally befuddled why California voters didn't buy into his anti-drug crap. Losing is hard for some, that's why we call them "snowflakes".
