Romney Surrounded by Pro-U.N. Lobbyists

Insisting that he is a Washington outsider, Mitt Romney has been captured on tape arguing with a reporter about whether a Washington lobbyist named Ron Kaufman runs or just advises his campaign for president. The more important issue is what Kaufman lobbies for. It turns out that Kaufman’s firm, as well as another Romney adviser, Vin Weber, have worked to put more American taxpayer dollars into the coffers of the corrupt United Nations and other international agencies.

Kaufman’s firm, Dutko Worldwide, represents and works directly with an organization chaired by Bill Clinton, the Global Fairness Initiative (GFI), whose board includes AFL-CIO President John Sweeney and is dedicated to promoting “a more equitable and sustainable world for all people.â€

So we are basically bankrolling Big Business while they work feverishly to destroy our sovereignty.

This is one of the reasons I am so adamant about supporting Ron Paul.

He would put the skids to this kind of theivery of Taxpayer money !

There you go. You'll be sorry if he wins. People aren't checking him out. They brush aside his ties with the CFR.

The CFR is behind all of our major problems today. I wish people would think about that.

Rep. Phil Gingrey of Georgia has endorsed Gov. Romney. Rep. Gingrey has achieved a grade of "A" from ABI.

Rep. Robert Adeholt of Alabama, awarded a grade of "A" from ABI, has endorsed Gov. Romney.

Rep. Howard McKeon of California, a recipient of a grade of "A" from ABI, has endorsed Gov. Romney.

Rep. Jack Kingston of Georgia has endorsed Gov. Romney. Rep. Kingston has achieved a grade of "A" from ABI.

Senator Jim Demint of South Carolina, awarded a grade of "A" from ABI, has endorsed Gov. Romney.

I have to say I like what he had to say AGAINST THE LAW OF THE SEA TREATY. He's against it.

Romney was one of the last GOP presidential candidates to come out against the U.N.’s Law of the Sea Treaty, now pending before the U.S. Senate. He did so through a statement from a spokesman, Kevin Madden, who said that, “Governor Romney has concerns with the Law of the Sea Treaty. He believes giving unaccountable international institutions more power is a serious problem." The Romney statement was considered mild compared to those of other candidates.

The fact of the matter is, that Ron Paul has no realistic shot at winning the GOP nomination. I'm not convinced that Romney's conversion on the illegal immigration issue is genuine, all his endorsements notwithstanding. It terms of the GOP nomination however, I have to pull for Romney to beat McCain. I have questions about Romney, but I have none about McCain - he's an open borders devotee, a big government Democrat masquerading as a conservative, and he in fact, despises conservatives and conservatism.

Mr. Kincaid should do better research.

His article strongly implies that Gov. Romney has addressed the issue only through his spokesman, Mr. Madden.
