U.S. Supreme Court: Deny, Deny, Deny

U.S. Supreme Court: Deny, Deny, Deny

Today the U.S. Supreme Court denied in the case: DONOFRIO V. WELLS:

    http://www.supremecourtus.gov/orders/co ... 808zor.pdf

The "high" court denied Leo's application without comment. This means the lower court's decision will stand.

Leo's case deals with the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama being a "natural born citizen" at birth. To review all the details on Leo's case, see here:

Leo Donofrio has been assisting on one other case; Cort Wrontnowski's application, see here:
    http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/

    Cort's case as of today:

"The Cort Wrotnowski V Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut Secretary of State lawsuit that is before the US Supreme Court, has been distributed for conference on December 12, 2008. Leo Donofrio, whose application for stay was denied today, Monday, December 8, 2008, believes that the Cort Wrotnowski case has a better chance than his case had."

What does today's denial by the U.S. Supreme Court in the Donofrio case mean from a legal standpoint? According to a friend of mine, a brilliant legal scholar:

"A denial of a petition for a writ of certiorari is NOT a determination on the merits of the case. Denial does NOT mean that Obama is eligible, that the Constitution's eligibility provision is not enforceable in some other case, or anything other than that the Justices are too cowardly to do what is their obvious moral duty in this situation."

Personally, I see this as a profound act of cowardice on the part of the Supreme Court. There's no way the nine justices are not aware of the massive interest in these cases and the legitimate, pressing question regarding citizenship and a presidential candidate.

If the Secretary of States in the 50 states have no responsibility in determining a candidate's eligibility or the poltiical party the candidate represents and now the U.S. Supreme Court makes no comment, are we to conclude anyone can be a candidate for president of these united States of America without ever having to prove they are constitutionally qualified?

This question must be answered because to ignore it is to foster never ending lawsuits and telling we the people that the U.S. Constitution no longer matters.

I'm sure the electoral college delegates in this country are breathing a collective sigh of relief. However, it's not over, not by a long shot.

There are several other active cases at this time, i.e., Lightfoot v Bowen:

The petition can be read here; discussion on natural born begins about page 8:

Phil Berg's case is still active:

    Broe v Reed:

The United States Justice Foundation is in the thick of things:

"Our efforts to compel Senator Barack Obama to produce a valid birth certificate in order to prove that he is constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States are taking off!

"As you may already know, we recently filed suit in California to push the issue and, at this very moment, we're helping to fund the suit in Mississippi. We are in communication with other states that have suits in process; and we're putting plans into action to file suits in additional states as well!

"According to a recent headline in WorldNetDaily, Team Obama tried to dismiss efforts to demand that he prove his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States as "GARBAGE"!

"But they're taking the matter a little bit more seriously NOW! With each passing day, Team Obama is finding it harder and harder to dismiss the question.

"Team Obama would love for this issue to simply die or go away. We're not going to let that happen!

"If you're committed to this fight, but that means we need your help now more than ever to keep going!

"Wouldn't it be great if we could issue this challenge in every state where Senator Obama won?

"Obama camp: "Lawsuits by citizens are garbage"

    "Garbage" ...?

"Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, states, "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

"Enforcing the Constitution of the United States is NOT "garbage" and furthermore, securing the rights of the people under the Constitution is NOT "garbage"!

"The Obama campaign's response is an elitist, condescending slap in the face to patriotic Americans. No one is above the law and Team Obama cannot make the question of Obama's eligibility go away by disrespecting the American people - and by inference, the Constitution of the United States.

"That's why we filed our action in California, an action that Senator Obama will not be able to ignore... an action that will not go away!"

If you would like to help, please go to the USJF's web site, see here:

Additionally, I have outstanding FOIAs and state records act requests I am and will follow up, even if it means lawsuits. Obama is hiding his true citizenship and anyone who believes otherwise at this point in time, considering his massive effort to fight exposure of legal documents, is in deep denial. We aren't going away.

Dr. Edwin Vieira wrote an exception piece today regarding this issue and the Andy Martin case. Edwin goes quite deep into what's down the line if this issue isn't resolved. I highly recommend you take the time to read it:
