U.S. ties Iranian leader to bombs killing U.S. troops

U.S. ties Iranian leader to bombs killing U.S. troops
The U.S. military today presented evidence it says shows an elite Iranian force under the command of Iran's supreme leader is behind bombings that have killed at least 170 U.S. troops in Iraq. The officials focused on EFPs, or explosively formed penetrators, as evidence that Iran is involved in arming Iraqi insurgents. EFPs can punch through heavily armored vehicles.

Ahhh, probably the same convincing evidence that Colin Powel and Boosh provided that Iraq had tons of WMD's.
It's time the GOP is exit with their lies.

They are trying to build a case for attacking Iran who is helping the Shiites. There are also help coming from Syria and probably other nearby countries. Some one is helping the Sunni.

you could be right. Iran is shiite, but shiites have most power in the Iraqi government why should Iran help to bomb US troops ? It's only in Iran's interest that Iraqi government stays shiite dominated. You know what happens, we'll leave Iraq and haven't achieved anything apart that Sadam is dead. This is what I think will happen:

1 - The troops will still be in Iraq when Bush leaves office
2 - Bush will sign amnesty when he leaves office

    What a great president

If you had actually followed up the story you would have known that the evidence in this case is all but incontrovertible. Various weapons caches recently seized have been new materiel of Iranian manufacture. Also, several of the local weapons brokers have gone public recently stating that the market for used weaponry has falled through the floor because of the ready availability of brand new Iranian weapons being provided at no cost.
