The guy didn't jump up an down or wave to get attention before he scratched his head. And it lasted only a second. Any group can have codes. But destroying a person without substantial proof, well what can I say? That is what is happening with Judge Cavanaugh right now.

AFTER they investigate, if they find him to have white supremacist connections, then they would be justified in taking action against him.
