Somebody who either has no clue what they are doing, or who wants to eliminate oil in favor of "clean, green" energy. Maybe both.Who in their right mind would turn down help to clean up this oil spill?!!

Hey, what if they declined the help because they didn't want other countries to see what's really going on down there and learn what really happened?

The "US" did not turn down the help. And I sure as H did not turn it down!!! The head rat turned it down and the rat pack stood there and did nothing about it.
