“Having addressed all aspects of whether a temporary restraining order should issue, the Court concludes that the School Boards’ Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order with regard to optional masking of children should be granted,” Arlington Circuit Court Judge Louise DiMatteo wrote in a Friday ruling. “To the extent that the public would be affected by a change in policy, the Court concludes that consistency, during the pendency of a court case, benefits the public interest.”


Judge DiMatteo TRO is giving a green light to child abuse.

Any person 18 years of age or older, including the parent of any child, who (i) willfully contributes to, encourages, or causes any act, omission, or condition that renders a child delinquent, in need of services, in need of supervision, or abused or neglected as defined in § 16.1-228 or (ii) engages in consensual sexual intercourse or anal intercourse with or performs cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus upon or by a child 15 or older not his spouse, child, or grandchild is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. This section shall not be construed as repealing, modifying, or in any way affecting §§ 18.2-18, 18.2-19, 18.2-61, 18.2-63, and 18.2-347.


§ 16.1-228


As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:


"Abused or neglected child" means any child:


1. Whose parents or other person responsible for his care creates or inflicts, threatens to create or inflict, or allows to be created or inflicted upon such child a physical or mental injury by other than accidental means, or creates a substantial risk of death, disfigurement or impairment of bodily or mental functions, including, but not limited to, a child who is with his parent or other person responsible for his care either (i) during the manufacture or attempted manufacture of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, or (ii) during the unlawful sale of such substance by that child's parents or other person responsible for his care, where such manufacture, or attempted manufacture or unlawful sale would constitute a felony violation of § 18.2-248;

Even King Fauci recently expressed concern about the impact on school aged children when he said, “hopefully” forcing young children to wear face masks won’t have any “lasting negative impact” on them.


His wording confirms there is a negative impact. His only question is, is it “lasting”?

The hypocrisy on full display of those who engage in child abuse by forcing little children, who are in a category that is virtually immune to the ill effects of the Covid virus, to wear masks, while they ignore their own mandates which they force upon everyone else, including children.

”The order comes after DiMatteo granted the school districts a restraining order against Youngkin’s mask mandate ban Friday, temporarily halting it.”

The article continues: ”In response to DiMatteo’s ruling, a Fairfax County schools spokesperson said that any rollback of layered prevention measures needs to be inline with community transmission data and health and scientific recommendations.”


The problem is, neither Judge DiMatteo, nor Fairfax school officials, are basing their iron fisted abuse of children on the “science”.

The irrefutable fact is, it is an absurdity and downright abuse of power, to suggest that forcing children attending Fairfax Country schools to wear masks, which science has shown are in a category that is virtually immune to the ill effects of the Covid virus, is based upon rational thought, and not an ill-founded reaction worse than the disease.


It is also an intentional abuse of innocent children to advance the notion that forcing them to wear a mask does not have significant and undesirable physical, psychological, developmental, and social consequences for these children, e.g., see:
