Pros
When I started my tenure at Walmart Transportation it was well known in the industry to be one of the most respected and best earned incomes on the road.

Complete overhaul (gutting) of the bonus structure, and removal of common sense rewards for being safe.


Cons
1. Walmart Transportation is currently in the process of replacing safe, courteous, respectful Private Fleet drivers with less experienced and underpaid drivers.

2. Home Office is in the process of eliminating 3500 jobs (country wide) by Jan 2020 including elimination of vetted drivers, coordinators and ROC personnel and outsourcing to 3rd party carriers.
