I consider myself to be a really patient person but I must admit I am beginning to resent being told that my vote is being wasted if I choose to vote for someone I actually believe in, by the very people who are voting the complete opposite way out of FEAR. Dianne has got it RIGHT!

Also, both of these candidates belong to the same groups (CFR, Bilderberg, etc) I personally feel that no matter who gets in, they don't pull the strings. As I said in an earlier post, even if Obama has a radical Muslim agenda, that may not be the same game plan as the powers that be. Therefore, who ever gets in, will simply go along with whatever agenda that has already been established.

That is why it is so important to break the monopoly of the 2 party system. They are in fact 2 wings of the same bird. They are all Globalists and DO NOT have America's best interests at heart. Our democracy has become an elaborate illusion and people are voting EXACTLY the way those in power what you to vote. Either way, Obama or McCain - they win and WE LOSE.

I don't believe the events of 9/11 was a fear "tactic"!! It happened!! It can happen again!! I don't trust the security of this nation with someone as inexperienced as "the One".
The Bush henchmen and the GOP used the fear of 9/11 to get Bush re-elected when he was already pretty unpopular. If Bush really cared about our safety and was concerned about another terrorist attack, he would have closed the borders instead of letting every terrorist in the world enter the US.

Oh Dianne, I feel your pain.

Another thing to consider is if your precinct is close to going to either candidate. Then your vote could decide who gets the Delegate vote for your precinct. You can call the party headquarters or the election office and find out if your precinct is red or blue and now close it's likely to be. In this case, one vote counts.

This is looking at your vote in the big picutre sort of way. You can weigh the odds of how important it is. My precinct is already decided before I vote and it would take an act of God to change who is going to get my precinct's State Delegate vote. If I protest vote for a third party, then in the big picture, it really doesn't matter becuase the majority of votes in my precinct already belong to one party.

Dianne, let me ask a simple question. Have we been attacked in our country since 9/11? No! That is because a lot of security measures have been taken by the Bush administration that is not known to the public .
Under an Obama administration, don't look for that to continue. Don't waste you vote! Vote McCain!!!

On a "normal" election I would agree 100%. Lets make third party viable. It is something I have been doing for a long time. HOWEVER, my gut tells me that if Obama is elected, it will be over in 4 years, particularly if the dems get both the house and senate. In 4 years, the damage he could do might be so severe that we will not have the opportunity to EVER fix it. My heart is torn between voting my conscience and stopping Obama. This year I am fairly certain I will do the latter.

This is going to be a close race so everyone needs to decide, if they are going to vote for the candidate they think is the best man for the job and represents their values or for the front runner they fear the least. That's the delima, plain and simple.

It's a mathmatical fact, if you take all emotions out of it, either you give your vote to a person that has really no chance of winning or you go and cancel a vote for the guy you really don't want to win. That's your choice, if you vote.

Obama is a Marxist but McCain isn't. Marxism is a radical form of Socialism. McCain is about 20% Socialist. Truthfully, most of us have some Socialist values and that is balanced with reasoning and logic. Obama is off the deep end.

As far as an organized effort by arab terrorists to destroy buildings, the answer is no, we have not been attacked since 9/11. However, we had not been attacked prior to the Bush administration either.

As far a terrorism, we are attacked on a daily basis. Maybe someone can link the website to you that shows the faces and names of those murdered, raped and tortured by illegal aliens. This terrorism is taking us out one family at a time and allowed to continue by the Bush administration.

Yeah, and some of us are probably beginning to resent being told that we're voting out of "FEAR." The sword cuts both ways.

Fear is not always a bad thing. It has always performed a vital function for human beings and higher animals – the function of self preservation. It provides us with the power to avoid danger from physical harm. With that said, you're darn right I'm fearful of an Obama presidency. However, fear is not my primary motivator for voting to keep him out of the White House. It's just not that simplistic and it completely ignores the complexities behind my decision.

Dianne and CLOE24 have it right. Its amazing how people who are misinformed or don't know the facts get pushy and downright hostile if others won't blindly accept their views as the truth. You're all wrong. The CFR chose Obama to be the next president and he will win the election. You have nothing to do with it. Obama is only a puppet and the CFR will run the country as it has in the past. If anyone is not aware of what the CFR is all about, they should educate themselves. The CFR and their controlled Media have this "election" fully under their control. Nothing you hear or see in the Media is true. Its all an illusion. They are moving forward with their PLAN. Nothing is gained by criticizing other posters because they don't agree with you.

Did you ever hear about the first attack on the World Trade Center while we were under the Clinton administration? Or the USS Cole? Or our Embassies aboard? All while under the Clintons administration?
