Duh, I know who the vote was by because it was clear in the article. However, it does not sound like it's their final decision to make ...... it's the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce's decision. Note it was a resolution asking, not a order demanding. As an obvious Hollywood peep, I suspect you would know more about this than I.
