Special Report host Bret Baier joined Fox and Friends this morning (video above) as he gets set to interview Hillary Clinton and release a new book that focuses on his oldest son's battle against heart defects.

The former First Lady and Secretary of State will sit down with Bret and Greta Van Susteren for a half-hour interview on June 17. He explained that he and Greta are still "mapping out" their strategy.
Baier noted that Clinton has a one-hour interview scheduled with ABC's Diane Sawyer between now and then, so they will review what new information comes from that.
Baier said "clearly there are questions that Secretary Clinton hasn't answered about the Benghazi situation," along with questions about accomplishments that she touts in her new book, "Hard Choices."
The conversation then turned to Bret's son, Paul, who was born with congenital heart defects and has undergone three open heart surgeries and seven angioplasties. Paul, who will turn seven this summer, is "doing fantastic," Bret explained.
"This is our journey. Everybody has something. Some challenge, This was our something and we hope it's an inspiration," he said.
Check out more information on Special Heart: A Journey of Faith, Hope, Courage and Love, which will be available tomorrow. All of the proceeds from the book will be donated to pediatric heart disease research and treatment.
Bret also discussed the book and his son's condition at length last week in a Google hangout. Watch that below:
