A whistleblower nurse has stepped forward to expose the deadly hospital protocols at her hospital during the height of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Gail McCrae worked at a hospital at California's Bay Area, notoriously one of the most strictly compliant populations in the country. "We were compliant, not just with the lockdowns and the masking, but also with the COVID-19 injections," she said in an interview. McCrae started her stint at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center in 2015, but was fired in October 2021 for refusing to take the COVID-19 injections on religious grounds.
McCrae said two things bothered her during the height of the pandemic – the media coverage of hospitals, and the protocols in place at the time. As COVID-19 cases become more widespread in 2020, media reports showed hospitals becoming overpopulated with patients.
However, this was far from what McCrae saw – leading her to conclude that everyone was being lied to. In reality, the hospitals were locked down; elective surgeries were stopped; and the hospital she worked in became completely empty. Families are not allowed to be beside their dying relatives

"There were things going on that shouldn't have been going on," the nurse remarked. One such thing included telling family members that they weren't allowed to be beside their dying relatives due to the hospital's "isolation" policy. But for McCrae, this was a violation of her oath and a crime against humanity.
"I knew it right away: It should not have been happening. We isolate people in prison, we put them in the brig when they do something wrong to torture them. That's what I felt like I was being forced to do when I had to tell my patients' family members when they couldn't come into the hospital to be near their dying loved ones."
McCrae also knew she needed to critically analyze what she was being told to do – such as the administration of the drug remdesivir, the only medication nurses were allowed to give to patients hospitalized with COVID-19. However, the antiviral drug was only granted an emergency use authorization and not full approval.
Moreover, she also knew from her nursing training in her bachelor's degree that an antiviral such as remdesivir should not be given more than 24 to 48 hours after symptoms show. It was only between 10 and 12 days post-symptom that COVID-19 patients were given remdesivir, she added.
McCrae also noted that during one double-shift she rendered, the 50 or 60 patients she saw all needed care for a heart attack or stroke. She noticed an uptick in "code blue" calls, which means resuscitation or immediate medical help is needed.
"And nine out of 10 times those code blues were to the lower level, down to the clinic, where they were injecting people. [Two of] my colleagues did in fact go into anaphylaxis, after receiving their shots."
McCrae was told she wasn't allowed to report what she was seeing, but now she plans to expose these crimes to the world. The whistleblower nurse has been involved in several lawsuits with the intention of standing up for her and other health care workers' rights. "This all comes down to making decisions out of a place of extraordinary love and compassion for the world around me," she said.
