Any State Not Maintaining a True Constitutional Militia is a Law-Breaking State

I had an interview this week with a reporter from the Sun paper. They dragged up a number of questions, things for which the leftists have previously harangued. One of which is the sermons and teachings I delivered regarding the citizens' militia

It is important to understand that they think that anyone who believes what I believe regarding the citizen's militia is politically speaking dead in the water before the starting gun is even fired. I patiently tried my best to explain to the reporter that the militia, as our Founders structured it, is not some optional, superfluous element of civil government. Rather it is at the heart and core of the Republic of these United States. Indeed, for any State in this Union to fail to maintain and keep a true militia would indicate that State was, and is, in violation of the Supreme Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution.
In Maryland, it even goes further (as most every State does). The Supreme Law of Maryland requires that there be a citizen's militia organized and administrated by the State, and specifically in each county under the direct control of the County Sheriff. For any State, including Maryland, to fail to have a true Constitutional Militia is to fail to obey the Supreme Law of the Land, and, therefore, become a law-breaking State.

The State officials of Maryland, who took an oath to support and defend the U.S. and Maryland Constitutions, have made themselves lawbreakers by refusing to do their duty; refusing to fulfill that oath that they swore, and that means they are in very deep waters on judgment day. They didn't take their oath to men, but to Almighty God, who will not let them off the hook. He will hold them fully accountable to their oath.
The Federal government should be holding these oath breakers accountable, but it is not and the reason is clear. The Federal government is filled with oath breakers who have no desire to see the fulfillment of that commitment to the American people – that citizen militias, true Constitutional militias, will be maintained in all the States. That leaves county government as the last hope in America of seeing law restored and seeing true Constitutional Militias established.

I tried to explain to the reporter that those who criticize me on this issue don't have an argument with me; it is with Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, and George Washington and Benjamin Franklin, and so on. Furthermore, those who oppose Constitutional Militias have a lawless argument. Until, and unless, the Second Amendment is rendered null by a true Amendment to the Constitution, the Second Amendment remains the Supreme Law of the Land. By the way, it could never be lawfully nullified even if such an Amendment "passed." Why? Because the Supreme Law of the Universe, given to us here in God's Word is the Supreme Law above the Constitution, and it establishes the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

So the opponents of the Militia are really opponents of God's Law. For example, you simply need to obey what Jesus said in Luke 22:36 (KJV):

"Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one."

Therefore, it would be lawless to amend away the Second Amendment. So, those who oppose Constitutional Militias not only reject the Founders of our Country, but they reject and violate the U.S. Constitution and the State Constitutions. More importantly, they reject and violate the Law of God; the command of Jesus, which is the Supreme Law of the Universe. They are the truly lawless ones in America and not those who believe Constitutional Militias must be reestablished in our land.

The final point I attempted to make with the Sun reporter was that these State officials, who refuse to do their sworn duty and refuse to obey the law, have also broken the contract that we the people entered into when we the people created our civil government. Simply put, they have violated God's Law and made themselves oath breakers.

When a government fails so massively, as this one has, our founding charter clearly spells out what we the people have a duty to do; abolish it and then rebuild it again, in a way, that is righteous and true. It has attacked the very foundation of free government; indicating by its actions it fully intends (as the Declaration of Independence states) tyranny upon the people, it fully intends to disarm them so it can enslave them or as the history of the 20th century shows, kill them. That's what tyrants do after they disarm a people.

Obama’s DOJ Shutting Down Popular Texas Gun Store

The owner of the Texas-based gun store that has been making headlines recently with it's creative marquee bashing Obama and the Democrats says that he’s come under political attack and is going to be forced to shut down.

Now Tactical firearms is looking for help from the public to fight the unfair treatment they’re getting from their bank, which is more than likely linked to the Justice Department’s “Operation Choke Point.” The initiative from the DOJ that applies pressure to banks and credit card processors to drop the accounts of “high risk” businesses, even though they’re engaging in perfectly legal activities.

The Katy, Texas gun store posted a lengthy plea on its website that claims their bank is calling in a loan on July 1 that will more than likely put them out of business. This comes after gun-related retailers across the nation have been reporting that their merchant accounts and bank accounts were unexpectedly closed due to their businesses being “high risk.”

In its explanation, Tactical Firearms claims that the bank told them they’re calling in the loan because the “government does not support loans to the gun, alcohol, or hotel industries,” which falls in line with what’s been happening under Operation Choke Point. However oddly enough, Eric Holder recently announced that the DOJ would be working with banking regulators to ease the restrictions on banks when dealing with marijuana businesses in states where it’s been legalized.

Just as with the IRS, Obama has weaponized yet another government agency and is using it to “choke” out the gun industry since he knows gun control isn’t happening in the near future. This brazen attack on the Second Amendment is not only tyranny defined, but it’s illegal and shows the utter contempt that Obama and his cohorts have for our laws and our Constitution.

We Need Your Help
Tactical Firearms has prided itself in being honest with our customers from our first day in business. That’s why we are alerting you today to a situation that we believe to be unjust and punitive against Tactical Firearms, and this is a situation that threatens to put us out of business on July 1, 2014.
Tactical Firearms has just been given notice that our loan with Icon bank has been called in. Not because of no payment, as we have never been late or missed a payment, but because the board of directors has chosen to not renew the loan. Deciding to call a loan which has a perfect payment record and is profitable to the bank is almost unheard of in the banking industry. This is why we believe Tactical Firearms is being specifically targeted with punitive actions in an effort to put us out of business.

But there’s even more to this situation that you need to know:

Back in 2012 Tactical Firearms purchased the land next to our existing facility. Icon Bank suggested an interim loan at 7% interest and then to refinance all of our loans together into one loan at a lower rate of 3.579%. At that time we had a fixed, long term loan for the building and the construction of the range. By purchasing the land, it cross collateralized the loans and put us in a situation (unknown to us at the time) that could threaten our entire business.

When it became time to refinance the loans, one of our owners (30%), Steven Coe Wilson, decided to back out. It is our belief based on what we have since learned that Steven wished to seize control of the company. We have substantial reason to believe he recruited some of our longest and hardest working employees to overbuy, to overspend, and to bury Tactical Firearms in debt to the point that we could not pay our bills. His grand plan appears to have been to swoop in and buy up the loan when the bank foreclosed on us for failure to pay. Perhaps to his disappointment, not only have we successfully paid our loan notes, we have also cut the unpaid bills by over half.

Sadly, because Steven did not sign the loan refinance that he had previously agreed to, the short term loan for the land has now matured. By default, our primary business loan is now in jeopardy.

Anti-Trust Practices?
Further complicating this situation, it has also been brought to our attention that a member of the board of directors of Icon Bank, Mark Evans, is the owner of a new gun store in the Houston area. Based on what we’ve learned about this competitor, we are convinced that this bank has the intensions of forcing Tactical Firearms out of business to remove a major competitor from the market of Mr. Mark Evans’ new business, Guns Over Texas. If true, we believe this would constitute unfair trade practices in the State of Texas, and we intend to pursue this matter with the office of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.

Further connections support our accusations of anti-trade practices. For example, Mark Evans is the Managing Partner for Commercial Finance with the firm O’Connor, Craig, Gould & Evans – the firm that is being used by Icon Bank to proceed with the foreclosure. We strongly protest what appears to be a clear conflict of interest on the part of Mark Evans, who appears to be using his influence at the law firm (and therefore the bank) to engage in destructive, punitive actions with the ultimate aim of destroying his competition and thus ensuring the profitability of his own gun store.
Such behavior is monopolistic, anti-free-trade and un-American. Please contact the Attorney General and urge him to look into this matter.

At the same time, the bank’s excuse to us for calling in the loan is because the “government does not support loans to the gun, alcohol, or hotel industries” and the banks get heavily audited. This is an extension of the Obama administration’s backdoor efforts to bankrupt the firearms industry and all its supporting retailers and firing ranges. Since the government can’t take away our Second Amendment directly, they make it difficult for businesses to stay open by pressuring banks to close loans. This has already happened to other gun shops around the country. We are fighting to make sure it doesn’t happen to us.

All these factors seem to now be coalescing into a deliberate, well-planned attack on Tactical Firearms with the aim of permanently putting us out of business. The idea of our doors closing is incredibly painful to even imagine. We have over 30 employees, many of whom have children, who depend on our successful business operations to keep their own homes. In addition to our economic contributions to Katy and the greater Houston area, we also donate our time and profits to charities like Oilfield Helping Hands and Texas Sentinels.

Even more, there are 175 NFA items in our possession awaiting approval from the ATF. If we are unable to stay in business, every single one of these items would have to be resubmitted and the year long process would begin again.

Just a weekend ago, two armed assailants, a married couple purported by the mainstream media to be “white supremacists” and “conspiracy theorists,” ambushed two police officers at a CiCi’s Pizza in Las Vegas, killing the officers after screaming, “This is a revolution!” The suspects then reportedly covered one officer’s body with a Gadsden Don’t Tread On Me flag and then fled to a Walmart, where they killed another man with a CCW who attempted to reason with them, then committed suicide. Yes, it reads like a Southern Poverty Law Center fantasy story; and in many ways, it is.

As we all predicted the mainstream media has followed the pattern they have always followed, which is to equate the actions of one or two psychotics with the beliefs and principles of the liberty movement in general.

I remember when Jared Loughner fired into a crowd of people near Tucson, Ariz., killing numerous Federal and State employees; the immediate response by the media was to attempt to tie him to the liberty movement. In the end, he turned out to be a raving leftist.

I remember the Boston Marathon bombing and the automatic reflex by the media to accuse “right-wing extremists” of the crime. So far, we have seen NO hard evidence to implicate anyone specific in that atrocity, including the Tsarnaev brothers. Of all the violent crimes dumped in the lap of the liberty movement over the years, how many have actually been committed or endorsed by the liberty movement? I can’t think of any.

This has not prevented the establishment media from doing everything in their power to associate criminal action with political ideals. Efforts to sully the success of the Bundy Ranch stand-off were swift, with Jared and Amanda Miller’s visit to Bunkerville splashed across the headlines. Luckily, the sound judgement of organizations like Oath Keepers led founder Stewart Rhodes to personally ask the two future shooters to leave the property. I can only imagine the weight of the slander if they had been allowed to stay.

When an activist movement holds the moral high ground against a repressive establishment power structure, the establishment’s primary recourse is to target the character of its principles.

The secondary recourse is direct confrontation. If a dissenting organization is not mindlessly vicious in its methods, then simply make it APPEAR vicious. If it is not hateful in its rhetoric, then artificially tie it to people who are. And if a government really needs to kick-start a crackdown, it can engineer its own man-made calamities and blame the groups that most threaten its authority.

This was achieved to great effect in Europe from the 1950s until the 1990s by the CIA working in tandem with multiple European governments under a covert project called Operation Gladio.

Gladio was essentially a secret army of operatives and stooges, handlers and puppets, used to create false-flag terrorist shootings and bombings across Europe that were blamed on “left-wing extremists.”

In reality, NATO alphabet agencies were behind the entire facade. The goal was to terrorize the citizenry through a nonstop campaign of indiscriminate death, blamed on a convenient scapegoat, so that individuals would hand over more freedom and more power to the central governments. The point is, whether real or staged, I believe such events are going to escalate within the U.S. today on an incredible scale and that, regardless of evidence, they will be blamed on “right-wing extremists.” In case you were wondering, that label will be foisted on most if not all of us.

That said, I think an important truth needs to be stated here: Whether the beliefs of the attackers in Las Vegas were actually liberty movement-oriented or not is ultimately irrelevant. To shoot random police and civilians and then commit suicide is an act of pure insanity, a product of mental instability that has nothing to do with political philosophy, and mental instability trumps belief and association anytime. Mentally unstable people exist within ALL belief systems and political groups.

At bottom, I do not care what their beliefs were. Their actions do not represent the values I hold dear, nor do I think they represent the values most of us hold dear. The shooting is a tragedy, but in the grand scheme of things, it means nothing, and I have little doubt it will be forgotten within weeks.

I relate the story because I do, in fact, agree with one thing: that a “revolution,” a second American Revolution, is inevitable. But I think I speak for the vast majority of the movement when I say that this revolution will not begin with the deaths of innocents or random government employees on our hands, and it certainly won’t begin at the doorstep of a CiCi’s Pizza.

The Bundy ranch incident, which occurred only a short drive from Las Vegas, has been a revelation for many people. Mistakes were made, provocateurs reared their ugly heads, and lessons were learned. But overall, America has been fundamentally changed, even if the average person does not realize it yet. The information war came within a razor’s edge of evolving into a shooting war, with the establishment in retreat, licking its wounds while planning how it can gain back its composure and carefully crafted image of “invincibility”.

What frightens the establishment most, I think, is that the American people have become active participants in their own national environment once again. At Bundy ranch, they stopped asking for mercy, they stopped begging the system to police itself, they stopped waiting for the rigged elections, and they stopped relying on useless legal avenues to effect change. Rather, they took matters into their own hands and changed the situation on the ground on their own. For oligarchy, this development is unacceptable, because one success could lead to many.

Already, we are beginning to hear whispers of possible Federal retribution against those who participated in the confrontation.

This has been cemented within the efforts of a new task force against “domestic terrorism” organized by none other than Eric “Fast and Furious” Holder.

After the recent exposure of Barack Obama’s Department of Defense Directive 3025.18, we now know that since at least 2010, the White House has been setting the stage for the use of military force against “domestic threats.” That is to say, for at least the past four years our government has been quietly maneuvering toward martial law. It’s been happening for much longer if you count George W. Bush’s Presidential Decision Directive 51, which has yet to be fully declassified.

The exposure of Directive 3025.18 also came with information that the Obama Administration considered using it as a way to activate military forces and drones against the Bundy ranch. The burning question is, of course, why didn’t it? The Federal government is not known for its diplomacy in the face of a defiant citizenry. Waco and Ruby Ridge made that clear. I believe that it was not necessarily the people on the ground at Bunkerville, Nev., that they were most worried about. The terrain is admittedly a terrible place to mount a defense against a mechanized horde of jackboots.

No, what the White House feared was a larger response to such an attack. It feared the millions of patriots who would swarm down from all sides if it committed to a Ruby Ridge-style siege. It feared the reality that this time, Americans were not going to sit back and watch another family be slaughtered on national television. It feared the fact that it didn’t have the moral high ground in the public eye and that a kinetic failure on its part would be met with cheers, rather than tears, from much of the populace.

So where does this leave us? With the Bundy success besmirching the Feds, the next strategic program will likely include an unprecedented effort to demonize the liberty movement perhaps to the point of a Gladio-type false-flag campaign, leading to the eventual indefinite detention of activists as domestic security threats.

It’s not going to end with shootings in pizzerias and slobbering hit pieces from the SPLC. Expect a landslide of violent acts. Expect another engineered large-scale calamity like the Oklahoma City Bombing. Expect dozens of Timothy McVeighs to be trotted out in the media. Expect the Liberty Movement’s name to be buried in an avalanche of bullshit. Mark my words; it’s going to get much worse from here on.

And this is where I will add my warning.

Before the Bundy ranch became a possible battleground, I stated in my article “Real Americans Are Ready To Snap” that the liberty movement was going to draw a line in the sand over Bureau of Land Management abuses in Bunkerville, and I was right.

It seems to me that time is growing short. As tyrants become more bold, so too must the citizenry; otherwise, we shrivel up and die. We cannot allow the movement’s momentum to be shattered and driven underground as the militia movement was after Oklahoma City. We know what is coming, and we must drive forward. We know we will be labeled as terrorists and villains, and ultimately, we must realize that such eventualities do not matter. The Liberty Movement is not going away. In fact, future clashes with our criminal government are only going to become more frequent.

The next family threatened, the next activist individual or group arrested or black-bagged without legitimate cause, the next major false flag, the next use of military forces as civil law enforcement, the next unConstitutional misstep, and I have no doubt whatsoever in my mind that a revolt will erupt. It’s not about making grand predictions; it’s about examining the logical odds, and the odds are high.

The knowledge that the establishment is considering using the full force of its military apparatus against the people has not dissuaded anyone. Bundy ranch was a very near miss. I do not expect a peaceful resolution the next time around. I also do not expect the government as it exists now to stop clamoring for more control or less corruption. If recent events have proven anything, they have proven that a second American Revolution is inevitable; and all we can do is ready ourselves.

The United Nations is currently hiring what they call, “Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Officer – Political, Peace and Security, Rule of Law.”
As if the title didn’t sound ominous enough, the “duty station” for this UN employment is none other than New York. This begs the question, what is a disarmament, demobilization, and reintegration officer and why are we going to have them in the United States?
Let’s first look at what the description of the job is.
• Participate in DPKO and Integrated Task Force planning meetings for the establishment of a new peacekeeping mission with a potential DDR component;
• Provide technical assistance to peace negotiations;
• Participate in technical assessment missions;
• Advise, develop and review (as appropriate) initial DDR functional strategy and concept of operations for further development into a full programme by the DDR component and the National DDR Commission;
• Develop and review the DDR input to the reports of the Secretary-General to the Security Council;
• Develop initial result-based framework and budget for new DDR components in new mission;
• Liaise with UNDP and donor community to raise voluntary contributions for DDR programmes;
• Present and/or defend new and subsequent DDR budgetary requirements in the ACABQ and the 5th Committee of the General Assembly;
• Develop staffing structure and terms of reference for a DDR component, including terms of integration with other UN agencies, funds and programmes;
• Provide technical clearance for applicants to DDR units in new and ongoing missions;
• Provide Headquarters support in planning the civilian and military logistics support for DDR;
• Continually review DDR programme strategy and implementation through relevant documents, reports and code cables;
• Conduct field missions to assess implementation of established DDR programmes;
• Identify potential problems and issues to be addressed and suggest remedies to DDR units in the field;
• Liaise with Member States, UN actors and other DDR interested partners to represent the mission’s DDR component at the Headquarters level;
• Establish and maintain an outreach network with CSOs and IGOs active in the area of DDR.(b) Support the doctrine development work in the area of DDR in the department, with the Interagency working group on DDR and other relevant national and international actors working on DDR issues
• Contribute to department-level or Policy Committee-level policy development work on DDR and related issues;
• Maintain and further develop the Integrated DDR Standards – a set of interagency policies, guidelines and procedures on DDR;
• On behalf of the Chief of the DDR Section, co-chair the lnter-Agency Working Group (IAWG) on DDR, contribute to bringing coherence to the interaction of the UN system and its partners on DDR;
• Supervise the Associate Expert (Junior Professional Officer) in the development and maintenance of the web-based United Nations DDR Resource Centre;
• Liaise with others (UN, regional organisations and Member States) providing DDR training. Competencies.
They, of course, use the word “peacekeeping” instead of “disarming” or “mass slaughter,” as has always historically happened following a countries disarmament.
The ideal utopian world that the UN and the federal government have always striven for, is to completely disarm the world and rule over obedient servants. Right now, the only place standing in their way is the United States.
If one were so inclined, they could tie the militarization of local and state law enforcement and add the billions of rounds of ammunition, bullet proof check points and MRAPs that the Department of Homeland Security has been stocking up on, and things start looking pretty grim for the American people.
Is this website saying that this is the only possible reason for this? No. What we are saying is that if you connect the dots, this is looking pretty bad for Americans and it is something that you, the reader, should definitely keep an eye on.

Secretly and behind closed doors the United Nations is gearing up for gun confiscation in the event of an economic collapse in numerous countries by hiring “disarmament, demobilization, and reintegration” officers who will be trained to seize guns from the civilian population.A posting on the United Nations Career Opportunities page announced vacancies for the position of these officers….

Disarmament is the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons from combatants and often from the civilian population. Demobilization is the formal and controlled discharge of active combatants from armed forces and groups, including a phase of “reinsertion” which provides short-term assistance to ex-combatants.
Reintegration is the process by which ex-combatants acquire civilian status and gain sustainable employment and income. It is a political, social and economic process with an open time-frame, primarily taking place in communities at the local level. The objective of the DDR process is to contribute to security and stability in post-conflict environments so that recovery and development can begin. DDR helps create an enabling environment for political and peace processes by dealing with security problem that arises when ex-combatants are trying to adjust to normal life, during the vital transition period from conflict to peace and development.

Scope. The Secretary of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary) shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering: Food resources, farm equipment, fertilizer, and food resource facilities, as defined below; rural fire control; defense against biological warfare, chemical warfare, and radiological fallout pertaining to agricultural activities; and rural defense information and education. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States.” EO 10998 Executive Order 10990 (grants government control over labor) The verbiage reads: “The President is authorized by the Act to establish by Executive order a safety council composed of representatives of Government departments and agencies to serve as an advisory body to the Secretary of Labor in furtherance of the safety program carried out by the Secretary pursuant to section 33 of the Act and to undertake such other measures as he deems proper to prevent injuries and accidents to persons covered by the Act.” EO 10990 Executive Order 10995 (grants government control over communications and media) The verbiage states: “SEC. 2. The Secretary of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary) shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering: (a) Development and coordination of over-all policies, plans, and procedures for the provision of a centralized control of all modes of transportation in an emergency for the movement of passenger and freight traffic of all types, and the determination of the proper apportionment and allocation of the total civil transportation capacity, or any portion thereof, to meet over-all essential civil and military needs. (b) Federal emergency operational responsibilities with respect to: highways, roads, streets, bridges, tunnels, and appurtenances; highway traffic regulation; allocation of air carrier aircraft for essential military and civilian operations; ships in coastal and intercoastal use and ocean shipping, ports and port facilities; and the Saint Lawrence Seaway; except those elements of each normally operated or controlled by the Department of Defense.” EO 10999 Executive Order 11000 (grants government control to mobilize civilians into work brigades under their supervision) The verbiage states: ” SECTION 1. Scope. The Secretary of Labor (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary) shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering civilian manpower mobilization, more effective utilization of limited manpower resources including specialized personnel, wage and salary stabilization, worker incentives and protection, manpower resources and requirements, skill development and training, research, labor-management relations, and critical occupations. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States.” EO 11000 Executive Order 11001 (grants government control over health, education and welfare) The verbiage states: ” SECTION 1. Scope. The Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary) shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering health services, civilian health manpower, health resources, welfare services, and educational programs as defined below. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency including attack upon the United States.” EO 11001 Executive Order 11002 (grants government control over postmaster and creates a national registration of all persons) The verbiage states: ” SECTION 1. Scope. The Postmaster General shall assist in the development of a national emergency registration system. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in this area with respect to all conditions of national emergency including attack upon the United States.” EO 11002 Executive Order 11003 (grants government control over airports, airways, and aviation) The verbiage states: ” ECTION 1. Scope. The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering the emergency management of the Nation’s civil airports, civil aviation operating facilities, civil aviation services, and civil aircraft other than air carrier aircraft. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States.” EO 11003 Executive Order 11004 (create new locations for population, relocate communities, designate areas to be abandoned) The verbiage states: ” SECTION 1. Scope. The Housing and Home Finance Administrator (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering all aspects of lodging or housing and community facilities related thereto. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States. SEC. 2. Housing Functions. The Administrator shall: (b) Communities. Develop plans for the selection, acquisition, development, and disposal of areas for civilian uses in new, expanded, restored, or relocated communities; and for the construction of housing for new or restored communities.” EO 11004 Executive Order 11005 (grants government control over railroads, public storage facilities, and shipping) The verbiage states: ” SECTION 1. Scope. The Interstate Commerce Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering railroad utilization, reduction of vulnerability, maintenance, restoration, and operation in an emergency; motor carrier utilization, reduction of vulnerability, and operation in an emergency; inland waterway mutilization of equipment and shipping, reduction of vulnerability, and operation in an emergency, excepting the St. Lawrence Seaway; and also provide guidance and consultation to domestic surface transportation and storage industries, as defined below, regarding emergency preparedness measures, and to States regarding development of their transportation plans in assigned areas. These plans and programs will be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States.” EO 11005 Executive Order 11051 (gives authorization to put all executive orders into effect in times of increased international tensions, economic and financial crisis) The verbiage states: “ECTION 101. Resume of responsibilities. The Director of the Office of Emergency Planning (hereinafter referred to as the Director) shall: (a) Advise and assist the President in the coordination of and in the determination of policy for the emergency plans and preparedness assignments of the Federal departments and agencies (hereinafter referred to as Federal agencies) designed to make possible at Federal, State and local levels the mobilization of the human, natural and industrial resources of the nation to meet all conditions of national emergency, including attack on the United States. (b) Under the direction of the President, be responsible for the preparation of nonmilitary plans and preparedness programs with respect to organization and functioning of the Federal Government under emergency conditions and with respect to specific areas of Federal activity necessary in time of war which are neither performed in the normal operations of the regular departments and agencies nor assigned thereto by or under the authority of the President.” EO 11051 Executive Order 11921 (allows FEMA to develop plans to establish control over money. What Difference Does it Make When the Gun-Grabbers Lie?

Hillary Clinton said American gun owners terrorize the country as they shoot children with machine guns.

The anti-gun group Mom’s Demand Action for Gun Sense in America said there are mass murders in our schools every week.

You didn’t hear about those sensational events because they never happened. The only thing murdered every week is the truth. Yes, the anti-gunners lied to the American people.. again. This isn’t the first time. After he announced his resignation, the Executive Director of Mayors Against Illegal Guns finally admitted his anti-gun proposals would never stop the crazy mass murderers.

When questioned about her lie, Hillary Clinton could say (again), “What difference does it make!” Clinton is wrong. It makes a difference. You lied, Hillary, but your sensational lie was reported as the truth. As she intended, Hillary’s deliberate lie was reported by an enthusiastic media and accepted by some ignorant voters as fact.

Fortunately, those of us who support the right of self-defense have an overwhelming defense against their lies. This time, civil-rights advocates like us are prepared. We have a secret the gun-grabbers lack.

I need to check with you first; I assume you support the right of self-defense. The right of self-defense is, after all, the original pro-choice position. Because of you, those who support self-defense are equipped with something the lying gun-grabbers don’t have.

We have our good reputation. Our friends and neighbors trust us as reasonable people, as people who are both safe and fun to be around. Our good reputation refutes the lies the gun-grabbers tell about gun owners. Our good character does more for the right of self-defense than a multi-million dollar public relations campaign.

Why does that matter? It is an election year. Our ability to protect our family and the right of self-defense is at risk from politicians. To protect our rights, all we have to do is take someone shooting. It is that easy. Simply take a neighbor or a friend to the range. Show your guest the fun and safety of shooting. You brand the gun-grabbers as liars without saying a thing about their politics. Your smile and the smile of your new shooting friend say everything that need be said. What a difference that makes in preserving our right of self-defense!

If you’re feeling generous, you could even invite one of your local politicians to the range. Don’t worry. Being seen with a politician won’t tarnish your reputation.
