Will Judiciary Committee ask Sotomayor the big question?

    .

If that question was to be asked, it would go something like this.

Sonia, will you please articulate to this Committee the most fundamental rule of constitutional law and then give your assurance to this Committee to abide by that rule if you are approved to be the next Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States?

Will you give this committee and the American People who we represent your assurance to abide by the most fundamental rule of constitutional law regardless of your personal sense of justice, regardless of public opinion, and regardless of whatever pressure may be put upon you to ignore the foundation upon which honorable S.C. decisions are made when a particular part of our Constitution is brought before the Court and is alleged to have been violated?

The sad thing is, Sonia Sotomayor, while sitting on the 2nd Circuit Court, has already proven to be disloyal to the oath of office she took, has ignored our written Constitution and the intentions under which it was adopted, and, she blatantly thumbed her nose at the most fundamental rule of constitutional law when she refused to address a specific 14th Amendment claim brought before the Court in the case Ricci v. DeStefano and sided with public servants of New Haven, Connecticut, who refused earned promotions to 18 firefighters because they were not the right skin color!

And just what are the intentions for which the 14th Amendment was adopted? A research of the House and Senate debates which framed both the 1st Civil Rights Act and the 14th Amendment, which was intended to incorporate the objectives of the first Civil Rights Act into the Constitution and make them constitutional, documents the very intentions for which the 14th Amendment was adopted and were very limited in their scope. The objective was [b]to prohibit state legislation and government force to be used to advance discrimination based upon “race, color, or previous condition of slavery…â€

Obama`s tyrannical nominee for the Supreme Court

What is most alarming about Sotomayor is, she made fun concerning the judicial branch of government making public policy, then recanted by saying she doesn’t advocate the court setting public policy, and finally she winds up as a Judge using the power of the Court to set public policy by ignoring a complaint brought before her in which the power of government had blatantly been used by folks in government to discriminate on the basis of race, which is exactly what was intended to be ended and forbidden by the intentions and beliefs under which the 14th Amendment was adopted!

It is a frightening thought to realize the ocean of blood America sacrificed during the war between the states to put an end to slavery and later government sponsored discrimination based upon race, can so easily be forgotten and ignored by our president in making his nomination for the next Justice of the S. C ., which is only too obvious has been made by him to further his own political career.

It is quite difficult for me to imaging how any member of the Senate who takes their oath of office seriously, can vote to approve Sotomayor who has joked about subjugating the separation of powers built into our Constitution; who has actively engaged in an act to deny a guaranteed and fundamental protection to American citizens under the 14th Amendment, and in so doing has violated her oath of office to support and defend “this Constitutionâ€

Obama`s nominee, Sotomayer, was/is member of LaRaza

Well, isn’t this peachy? Obama’s nominee, Sonia Sotomayor, turns out to be/was a member of the National Council of La Raza. See: Sonia Sotomayor’s profile

In addition to her work on the bench, Judge Sotomayor is an adjunct professor at New York University School of Law and a lecturer-in-law at Columbia Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, the Puerto Rican Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Association of Judges of Hispanic Heritage, and the National Council of La Raza. She has received many honors including, most recently, an award from the National Association of Women Lawyers.
La Raza seems to be a Hispanic version of the Nation of Islam and the Black Panthers, and, Obama and Louis Farrakhan, who is very close to the Black Panthers, are no strangers. And now we have Obama’s hand picked Attorney General, Eric Holder, dropping charges against the Black Panthers who engaged in voter intimidation to assist ACORN’s involvement in voter fraud which played an important part in Obama getting elected.

And people ask why Obama continues to make economic decisions which are known from the outset will further destroy America?

With all the evidence in front of our noses, especially Obama’s very close ties to a number of radical groups and countless individuals which hate America and its greatness, and want to destroy and undermine its global power and influence, it becomes only too plain why Obama continues to make the destructive economic decisions he has been making. We are being destroyed by a fifth column from within by a group of domestic enemies who have managed to seize political power and whose mission is in fact to bring “changeâ€
