Thread: WILLIAM: My favorite new band! Shiny Toy Guns

I've been working throughout New Year's day on the Iowa project and the distribution of the MS-13 video.

A funny thing happened today. I got an articulate message from a supposed MS-13 gang supporter out of Central America. The message was not too hostile, but when I checked the users profile this video caught my attention.

After hearing this great song I checked out there other work and I have a favorite new band!

In fact, I used one of their songs as the background music for the voice message I sent into 43,000 Iowa households tonight.

I know we have a diverse range of musical tastes here, but this is my kind o stuff! Very unique sound, great blend of power and melody, great blend of guitar and synth, actually pulling off dual male and female lead vocals, and the video imagery is amazing (especially the angels).

Quite a coincidental day. I once had a dream about an angel with brown hair and matching wings lol



The band is called 'Shiny Toy Guns"

Here is the first song that led me to their others. I now like all five songs Ive located on youtube for them. I've been listening to these songs over and over in the background while I work today.

Well, we definitely differ on our taste in music.

MW, Thanks for the link. I love that song and it brought tears to my eyes! We need to play this for every politition in DC and anyone else who is trying to bring the US down. This song embodies the spirit of America and Americans and that spirit is getting lost somewhere in the mess made by George Bush and others. Thanks again.

You're very welcome. I love that song too, and after all these years it still affects me in the same way as it did when I first heard it.
