It is concerning when it applies to public lands. Other private property and operations that you do not own, I can understand because it's a form of trespassing, but public property and public lands, oh no, that is wrong, wrong, wrong.
Why would states want to pass such a law?! They should welcome the information about public property. That's just wrong unless the states are polluting our public lands and property and don't want to be found out because they're hiding wrongful acts.
