Per William's Suggestion: E-verify Citizens I-1122 WA State
Only one piece of legislation now survives in Washington State:
The citizens initiative "Respect for Law" I-1122.
• I-1122 will require all employers enroll in E-verify.
• I-1122 will require the State's DoL verify U.S. lawful presence of all drivers license applicants through S.A.V.E.
