Cucumber, Mint, Apple, Celery and Lime Juice ~
Yield: 2 servings
...
cucumbers, peeled, halved lengthwise
2 cups chopped, peeled apples
2 stalks of celery
8 fresh mint leaves
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Put the cucumbers, apple, celery, and mint leaves through a heavy-duty juicer. Strain through a medium-mesh sieve into a glass. Drizzle 1 tablespoon lime juice over the top of each serving.
