Still nothing. I'm leaving work a little early today, but I'll be here until 3:30ish. So as soon as I know something, I'll be sure to let everyone know.

I figure this phase of the trial may give the jury the most difficulty coming to a decision. Whatever they decide it's comforting to know Padilla will have at least life in prison without parole minimum.

Padilla gets death


Miguel Padilla received three death sentences today from a Cumberland County jury, after four hours of deliberation.

Padilla was found guilty this week for killing three Altoona men Aug. 28, 2005.

--not sure how I feel about the verdict of death -- but at least he'll be in solitary confinement for the next 20 years of appeals... maybe that will give him something to think about...

i found an old picture of Steve and I at a wedding in Tennessee yesterday.. made me sad but i am glad justice prevailed today
