Gerald Celente Launches 2nd American Revolution

Celente Launches 2nd American Revolution - Puts His Money Where His Heart Is

KINGSTON, NY -- Gerald Celente’s forecast is clear The 2nd American Revolution is on the horizon. And this American Patriot has done more than just sign up to join the fight, he’s established its headquarters.

Inspired by its potent symbolic value, Celente has purchased the 1750s “Franz Roggen House,” a stately stone colonial set on the northeast corner of John and Crown Streets, in Kingston’s historic Stockade District. This is the only intersection in the United States that boasts pre-revolutionary stone buildings on all four corners.

“Kingston played a critical role in the 1st American Revolution and was, for a short while, the capitol of New York State,” observes Celente. “Here is where I’m taking my stand to start the 2nd American Revolution.”

“The 1st American Revolution was fought with armies and bullets,” says Celente. “The 2nd American Revolution will not cost lives and limbs; it will be fought with mind and spirit.”

Celente is unequivocal: “America’s democratic political system is degenerate, corrupt and ineffective. It cannot be patched up or papered over. Rather, it must be renewed, revived, and reconfigured from the ground up,” he says. “The potential for positive and sweeping change is there. It can happen, but it has to be made to happen.”

How? First, “We the people” must be made aware of the urgent need for real change. Then “we” must learn to accept and embrace the concept of a full-scale intellectual revolution. “The time is ripe, Americans are ‘mad as hell and not going to take it anymore,’” says Celente, who predicts that the November election will be the turning point. “The polls prove it. There is little enthusiasm for either candidate and, once again, Americans will be left with no choice other than the choice of the lesser of two evils.

    “Stay Home, Don’t Vote!”

Celente’s Revolutionary call to arms begins with a voter’s strike. “Stay Home, Don’t Vote” is his campaign slogan. “People have been conned into believing that if you don’t vote you’ve lost the right to complain. That’s political baloney,” fumes Celente. “The true case is exactly the opposite. This is a two-headed, one party system. Republican or Democrat, considering their track records, it’s clear nothing can be expected from either Presidential candidate other than the perpetuation of the destructive and criminal policies that have brought America to its current state of perpetual crisis and socioeconomic decline. Ditto for Congress.”

“What self-respecting person would cast a vote for a lesser of two evils?” asks Celente. “Not only is it immoral and undignified, it’s destructive. Lesser or greater, evil is evil. By supporting one evil or the other, the voter becomes an accessory to the crime. Only a true intellectual revolution can restore dignity, trust, morality, decency and compassion.”

“Anything else is just more of the same. Stay Home, Don’t Vote!”

As far as Celente is concerned, “We can change course, restore our country and regain our independence. United, the American people have the power to prevail and create a more ‘perfect Union.'"

Giving Free Guns to Mexican Drug Cartels & Syrian Extremists "Rebels" But a Push to Steal Firearms from Law-abiding Americans

The whitehouse is not only out of touch, but they are hypocrites.

They give guns to Mexican drug cartels, which end up being used in countless murders including a border patrol agent.

They give guns to Syrian and Libyan Rebel groups whom slaughter anyone from a different faction to whom they oppose. These have included al-queda and other terror groups.

They Armed al-queda in the 1980s to fight off the soviet union.

YET.... we see a push for secret UN treaties which would target legal gun owners constitutional right to bear arms.

They push for war when the majority of Americans are opposed.

They justify these wars as "spreading freedom" while we lose our liberties and the constitution is shredded.

Pretty soon they are going to have to declare war on their own conscience because acting against the world and against your own people.... Is shameful and will NOT work.

Usually when everyone is telling you your wrong, it is usually time to take a look in the mirror!

Ron Paul Blimp, Tampa And The Grinch Who Stole Christmas

Submitted by Trevor Lyman on Wed, 06/27/2012 - 06:58
    Blog

In Dr. Seuss's famous Christmas classic, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas", the main character of the film (the Grinch) steals all the presents from the Christmas loving "Whos" in the nearby town of Whoville, on Christmas eve. But on Christmas day the Whos do something unexpected. Without any presents they gather in the middle of their town and celebrate Christmas with just as much vim and vigor as any Christmas past. The Grinch is taken aback, and as the story goes, he is touched so deeply by the Whos love for Christmas, he finally sees that there is something more to it than he had previously realized. His heart grows three times its size, he returns all the presents to the Whos and celebrates Christmas with them from that day forward. The end.

Aren't we just a bit like the Whos of Whoville? Isn't the message of liberty something beautiful we hold within our hearts? And, haven't we (largely) had our election stolen from us by the GOP establishment and the mainstream media?

When the Whos faced hard times they got together and sang songs and celebrated what they loved most anyway, because they weren't going to let anyone or anything discourage them. It didn't matter that they didn't have any presents, or geese to feast on, or star capped Christmas trees - because that wasn't what Christmas was about.

They went ahead and celebrated Christmas because celebrating Christmas was who they were and what they believed in.

The Whos knew that sometimes the symbolism behind what we do is the most powerful part about what we do. Indeed it was the symbolism of the Whos actions that made celebrating Christmas without presents become more powerful than celebrating Christmas WITH presents.

We're facing hard times, our movement has since its inception. And yes, we had this election (or at least parts of it) stolen from us by the GOP establishment and the mainstream media. They are our Grinch!

So how do we handle a Grinch? Do we let him get us down? Do we quit and give up?

OR, do we go to Tampa and celebrate the wonderful message of liberty ANYWAY?

Because after all, the truth is the message of liberty isn't about the election, it isn't about political parties and it isn't about the mainstream media. The message of liberty is something we can celebrate and grow and love without any of these things, just like the Whos of Whoville celebrated Christmas.

I don't imagine we'll make anyone's heart grow three times its size if we throw the largest celebration liberty has ever seen this year at the Tampa convention, but I do know that the symbolism of our actions will send a message to the GOP (and the nation) that will resonate for years to come. Our message? That we are here to stay, we are growing every day and that we believe in the message of liberty so strongly that no amount of lying, cheating or stealing will ever be enough to stop us.

How do we make sure that our celebration of liberty is the dominant celebration of the August convention? How do we make sure we sing loud enough for the Grinch-like establishment to hear our rally song of liberty above any other?

One thing is certain, there is no greater physical symbol of our liberty movement today than the Ron Paul blimp. It cannot be ignored, it cannot be outdone, and I believe its presence at the GOP convention in Tampa will help to make our movement the focus of the event. And if the delegates are freed to vote for whomever they like and Ron Paul grabs the delegates from Santorum and Gingrich, well, the blimps influence on remaining delegates could just help us win the nomination. We should certainly try our best!

I've spoken with the blimp company and the cost of the blimp will be approximately $265K for the two weeks we would need to rent it (five days to fly the blimp down from NC to FL, several days to be in FL, and five days to fly back up the coast to return the blimp).

If you want to use the Blimp to show the establishment that we are undeterred and that ours is not a flash in the pan political push tied to some cult of personality, but rather a maturing and permanent movement destined to reshape the future of our nation, then please pledge your support below for a fundraiser to fly the blimp at the convention.

In order to make this project a reality, we'll need proof that at least 5,000 people want to see the blimp fly and are willing to support the effort with a donation. Once we reach our 5,000 person goal we'll move forward with the blimp project and make it happen.

Please pledge now via email or Facebook below, spread the word about this important project and let's sing our song of liberty louder than we ever have before!
Please click here to pledge now!

520 Total pledges as of 6/27/2012

Goal = 5,000 pledges by Monday, July 2nd.

    Dear XXXXXX,

    We are winning!

And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

This morning, Audit the Fed unanimously passed the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee by voice vote!

Only a few short years ago, just the thought of getting a committee hearing on such an issue was considered a long shot at best, let alone achieving such a remarkable victory!

But that was because the Washington establishment and the banking elite underestimated the power of true grassroots activism.

Today’s win is a direct result of hundreds of thousands of petitions, phone calls, faxes, and emails generated by passionate C4L activists like you around the country.

One congressman noted he had been contacted by “scores of constituents” supporting Audit the Fed.

As an example of why I’ve written in previous emails that nothing can be taken for granted, at one point this morning, Rep. Elijah Cummings (MD-7) introduced an amendment that, like the Watt amendment to H.R. 1207 in the 111th Congress, would have gutted Audit the Fed.

But your pressure helped keep it from succeeding!

In fact, it was truly astonishing just how quickly Representative Cummings withdrew the amendment after it became clear there was no support for it in the Committee - even from members of his own party.

Over the last four years, you’ve helped C4L make tremendous strides in bringing the Federal Reserve to the forefront of political debate and pushing the central bank toward transparency.

Of course, ultimately, America shouldn’t even have a Federal Reserve System to create moral hazard, keep interest rates artificially low, bail out friends and favored firms, and manipulate our monetary supply.

Today’s committee hearing was just one small step toward passing Audit the Fed, but also, one giant leap toward ending it.

Now, with a floor vote before the entire U.S. House in July fast approaching, I hope you’ll stand with us again as we look to jump another hurdle and carry this bill into the Senate.

If you’re not able to give at this time, we certainly understand. Thanks to a crisis partially created by an out-of-control Fed, Americans are still struggling to recover.

But if you can chip in just $10 or $20 today, your help will go a long way toward reaching millions more Americans about our effort and turning Audit the Fed into the law of the land!

Our chances have never been better.

Thank you for helping make it possible for a strong, full audit of the Federal Reserve to pass a House Committee.

Now on to victory in the House!

    In Liberty,

    Matt Hawes
    Vice President

P.S. This morning, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee unanimously passed Audit the Fed by voice vote.

This is a direct result of your efforts and those of hundreds of thousands of other activists across the country.

Now is the time to double-down and ensure the House passes a clean version of Audit the Fed this July.

    Dumb And Dumber

June 27, 2012 by John Myers

    PHOTOS.COM

“She gave me a bunch of crap about me not listening to her, or something. I don’t know, I wasn’t really paying attention.” — Jeff Daniels as Harry Dunne in the movie Dumb And Dumber
Americans have a right to be upset as we head toward November’s election. It is a two-man race for the Presidency, and both candidates embrace big government and big spending. Barack Obama and Mitt Romney favor military intervention abroad, and both the President and the challenger have interfered with the free market with Obamacare and Romneycare, respectively.
Obama has put on such a dismal one-term performance that he makes Jimmy Carter’s Presidency look Churchillian. Romney is, at best, a moderate candidate along the likes of George H.W. Bush — able to win because the field of Republican nominees was so weak.
If the Nation is looking for a transformative President along the likes of Ronald Reagan, Romney will disappoint.
In 2006, then-Governor Romney said of Massachusetts’ healthcare reform bill, a sweeping effort to provide healthcare coverage: “We’re spending a billion dollars giving health care to people who don’t have insurance, and my question was: Could we take that billion dollars and help the poor purchase insurance? Let them pay what they can afford. We’ll subsidize what they can’t.”
Liberals loved it — so much so that Senator Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) stood beside the Republican Governor when he signed into law the bill mandating universal healthcare coverage.
    Members Of The Same Establishment
If you get the chance, pick up the book The Presidents Club: Inside the World’s Exclusive Fraternity by Nancy Gibbs and Michael Duffy. The authors explain how close the ties are between current and former Presidents and how their ideals never stray far from one another. Past and current Presidents compete against each other in the pages of history; but, foremost, past Presidents are loyal to the man in the Oval Office more than they are to the parties they represent or the ideals upon which the Nation was founded.
The book explains the enduring friendship between Harry Truman and Herbert Hoover after President Dwight Eisenhower was elected. It also tells of the close personal relationship between George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush with Bill Clinton. Even arch-Liberal and former President Lyndon Johnson conspired with Conservative GOP President Richard Nixon in selling the Vietnam War to an America that was tired of the blood and expense of that military intervention.
Gibbs and Duffy point to the 1960 book Kennedy or Nixon: Does It Make Any Difference? that was written by Arthur H Schlesinger Jr., an esteemed historian who became a top aide to President John F. Kennedy.
Last week, Daily Maverick also pointed to Schlesinger’s decades-old book:
For many years it has been something of an article of faith with both the hard left and the libertarian right in America that it really doesn’t make any difference – Democrat or Republican. They all come from the same political elite cloth, they are ultimately working in the interests of a ruling class or some super-secret elite cabal, and those interests are ultimately determined by the hard truths of the economic substrata. .. There is always that knowing, cynical French observation, “plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose” – the more things change, the more they stay the same.
This truth was evident this month when Romney was interviewed by Time’s Mark Halperin.
    Halperin asked:
You have a plan, as you said, over a number of years, to reduce spending dramatically. Why not in the first year, if you’re elected — why not in 2013, go all the way and propose the kind of budget with spending restraints, that you’d like to see after four years in office? Why not do it more quickly?
    Romney answered:
Well because, if you take a trillion dollars for instance, out of the first year of the federal budget, that would shrink GDP over 5%. That is by definition throwing us into recession or depression. So I’m not going to do that, of course.
If not the first year, then when? By President Romney’s fourth year? Probably not. Romney wants to cut taxes/revenues and increase military spending.
Meanwhile, Obama has proposed reducing the size of the military following the end of the U.S. combat role in Iraq and plans to remove troops from Afghanistan by the end of 2014.
“We have two courses we can follow: One is to follow the pathway of Europe. To shrink our military smaller and smaller to pay for our social needs,” Romney said a month ago. “The other is to commit to preserve America as the strongest military in the world, second to none, with no comparable power anywhere in the world.”
The Obama Administration and Republicans in Congress have agreed to cut almost $500 billion dollars in military spending over the next decade. But even with that reduction, the United States would own the world’s most powerful military. The Pentagon’s budget this year exceeds $600 billion, or six times the amount of money that China is spending on its military.
Yet Romney will need more, especially since he has been painting Russia with the same stain as the “Evil Empire” that was the Soviet Union. But Romney needs to check recent history. The Soviets imploded because they could no longer finance their global aspirations. Neither can the United States.
A Warning, Not An Obama Endorsement
The truth is that, if elected, Romney will carry on most of Obama’s spending programs. That means a continuation of massive deficit spending by Washington and the near certainty that the United States will be thrown in the trash heap of history. This is not to say Romney won’t be better than Obama. It is hard to imagine he could be worse. But expect him to be only incrementally better at a time when the United States needs an exceptional President.
One final note: If Romney wins the Presidency, expect him and Obama to be friends once Romney’s tenure in the Oval Office is over. Historians may someday refer to them as dumb and dumber.

Yours in good times and bad,
    –John Myers

Thanks a lot for posting this AB.

Ive circulated it on Facebook in a place where many Dems will see it.

So glad to see Democrats and folks on the left now starting to speaking out about Obama's actions. People need to focus more on what is right that Dem or Rep!
