    They say you get the government you deserve--well South Padre Island, man up and own your government.

    Witchita, this behavior is on par with typical behavior by the local politicians on every level--Do you need more quotes of the corruption documented by the newspapers here in the Valley?

    With so many self-serving politicians in the Valley, it is no wonder the borders are over run with illegal immigrants and drug smugglers?

    Isn't that right Precinct One Deputy Constable Richard Hernandez--sex for illegal drugs--so easy to do what those above you do?

    Compared to those above Officer Hernandez getting sex for drugs was not that big of a deal--especially compared to all of the illegal gambling and large drug deals allowed to go through?

    To protect and serve yourselves--and slap each other on the back when you are all pretending to be heroes at the Texas Police Games.

    I thought of a couple more new game ideas:

    1. The Seven Block Hurdle: After your friend comes home, you climb out the back window after having sex with his wife, hurdle over bushes and fences, racing home with stealth, before any one sees you.

    The winner gets to have more sex with his friend's wife.

    2. The Five Minute Wham Bam Thank You Mam: An officer has to stop by his friend's house for a quiky with his Friend's wife, and here is the challenge: While on patrol duty--and not get caught by the other officers in other cars also on patrol.

    If we didn't have dirty cops, what kind of order would we have here in the Valley?

    FBI expanding U.S. Mexican border anti-terrorist corruption task force
    Michael Webster, Investigative ReporterMay 11, 2010
    Watch Video: The FBI is reporting that they are forming a new border task force to look for and combat possible terrorist entering the U.S. through our borders with Mexico and Canada, with a eye on dishonest federal, state and local law enforcement and other officials.

    Special Agent Keith Byers in the attached video describes the Bureau's interest in border protection.

    He ask's "Imagine a U.S. border guard on the take waving through a truck filled with weapons, drugs, explosives, or even a dirty bomb".

    Byers"s said. "It´s that kind of scenario that keeps the FBI very focused on weeding out the occasional dishonest government official who accepts bribes to allow people or contraband into this country illegally".

    "Because of its impact on national security, crookedness at our borders is one of the top priorities in our public corruption program," says Special Agent Keith Byers, a public corruption supervisor in the FBI's Chicago office (and formerly assigned to the Public Corruption Unit at FBI Headquarters). "While it´s true that the most common acts of border corruption involve drug trafficking and human smuggling, a single incident of the wrong person getting into the country could result in a catastrophe."

    Richard Padilla Cramer corrupted U.S. Gov. ICE Agent.

    As an example a Â*High ranking U.S. Government official is double agent and member of the Mexican Drug Cartels: Richard Cramer, as a high-ranking U.S. anti-drug official, held front-line posts both in the United States and in Mexico in regards to the War on Drugs. Cramer was into drug trafficking as a full partner in Mexico´s Mexican Drug Cartel's murderous drug lords. According to records made available to the U.S. Border Fire Report, he led an office of two dozen agents in Arizona and others as the attaché officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Guadalajara Mexico and worked with the U.S. Mexican Embassy in Mexico City and U.S. Consulate offices in Guadalajara and other Mexican cities. Creamer is only one of many U.S. law enforcement personal who have been corrupted by the MDC's and caught. But authorities believe there are others and they plan on finding them and arresting them and convicting them with the new task force efforts. According to the FBI here are a few more possibilities of what could go wrong:

    A corrupt officer might believe that he or she is accepting a bribe in return for allowing a carload of illegal immigrants to enter the country, when those individuals may actually be hard-core gang members or terrorists.

    A crooked official who expedites someone´s immigration paperwork or helps someone obtain an identification document in return for a bribe could potentially be facilitating the operation of a terrorist cell, foreign counterintelligence network, or major criminal enterprise.

    A corrupt officer could knowingly or unknowingly allow entry of a truck, rail car, ship, or airplane carrying weapons of mass destruction, chemical or biological weapons, or bomb-making materials.

    A multi-agency response. FBI-led Border Corruption Task Forces are the cornerstone of our efforts to root out this kind of corruption. Initially located primarily along our nation´s southwest border, we now also have task forces in Detroit, Miami, and San Juan, and we are setting up others in cities like Buffalo, Newark, and Seattle. These task forces generally consist of representatives from the FBI, Department of Homeland Security agencies (including Customs and Border Protection Internal Affairs, Transportation Security Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Department of Homeland Security—Office of Inspector General), and state and local law enforcement.

    And we´ve just created a National Border Corruption Task Force at FBI Headquarters. It´s role—much like that of our National Joint Terrorism Task Force—is to coordinate the activities of these regional task forces, especially in the areas of investigations, training, and inter-agency cooperation.

    Through joint investigations with our partners, we´ve been able to uncover the corrupt acts of federal agents, local police, correctional officers, military personnel, and even U.S. government employees responsible for issuing passports, visas, green cards, etc. And in many instances, we´ve had success with some of the same sophisticated techniques we´ve used so effectively in the past—including undercover operations and court-authorized electronic surveillance.

    Post 9/11, the ranks of those responsible for securing our borders began to swell, as did the opportunities for corruption. And while most of these individuals are honest and dedicated public servants, we will continue working to uncover those few bad apples whose illegal deeds could potentially put an entire nation at risk.

    Concerned Citizens a group of concerned Americans who are setting up surveillance posts along I-8 the most southern of U.S. highway paralining the U.S. Mexican border say they are sure that because of the porous border that terrorist are getting through and they hope to help stop that danger to America. With so many government agencies claiming they are going to do something about corruption, from the South Padre Island City Council to the Cameron County District Attorney to the FBI, it seems they will stumbling over each other to take bad guys to jail.

    Unfortunately, it is my opinion they will only spend more tax money doing nothing--South Padre Island's entire social structure will have to change.

    It is those who contribute to political campaigns who are the biggest offenders--a perpetuation of this Culture of Corruption and Criminality: Foreign mafias and their investment money welcomed; and they wonder up North why they are over run with illegals and drugs;

    Take a trip to South Padre Island and see where the new world feudal border lords reside. (Get a glimpse of America's future: Where a Middle Class cannot exist.)

    Only my opinion.

    FBI battles border bribery

    By James Walsh, Star Tribune
    Last update: May 26, 2010 - 6:57 PM

    I recently returned from a short trip to our country's southern border. One of the things that stood out -- in a very sad way -- was the sense of resignation among townspeople just across the Rio Grande in Mexico that corruption among their leaders is inescapable.

    Police are in cahoots with drug dealers. Greasing the palms of public officials is a fact of life. The longer an elected official is in office, the deeper their connections to the bad guys.

    This is what many regular folks believe. Unfortunately, they are not often wrong.

    So it's a bit of good news to learn that a number of FBI-led Border Corruption Task Forces are working to keep the seeds of cynicism and despair from germinating on this side of the border.

    Initially, these task forces were established along the nation's southwest border. They have since been formed in Detroit, Miami and San Juan. New task forces are planned for Buffalo, Newark and Seattle.

    Charged with weeding out bad actors in positions of authority, the task forces consist of representatives from the FBI, Department of Homeland Security agencies such as Customs and Border Protection Internal Affairs, Transportation Security Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Inspector General and state and local law enforcement.

    The FBI also has created a National Border Corruption Task Force at its headquarters to coordinate the activities of these regional task forces.

    FBI officials say they've uncovered corruption by federal agents, local police, correctional officers, military personnel, and even U.S. government employees responsible for issuing passports, visas and green cards.

    Corruption means more than someone taking a bribe. A border official on-the-take could help a terrorist cell or a major criminal enterprise take root here, the FBI says.

    Good reasons to hold accountable those entrusted with our borders.

    Ultimately, the federal magistrateÂ*ruled the city government can apply the rule of law unevenly, and unfairly;

    Those at the helm of this South Padre Island ship CAN pick and choose who they want to enforce city ordinances against, however, this was the opinion of a Valley judge, it is my belief once this case would be appealed outside of the Valley, a completely different opinion would be rendered;

    The attorneys representing this case, and myself feel as though we have accomplished what we intended to do, and this is make the citizens aware of the Culture of Criminality, as evidenced by the illegal activities of very prevalent on the island by the mayor's friends;

    Those in charge CAN discriminate capriciously and CAN LEGALLY create an uneven economic playing field--so the lesson to be learned by the citizens of South Padre Island is to make sure you have FAIR and HONEST leadership;

    This was obviously not the case with the current mayor's administration, where I personally watched him patronize, his admitted associate, Jake F establishment, which many citizen's witnessed several of his gambling businesses violating state laws--and reported this to "early" retired Chief Wiggum, who did nothing, about the criminal activity, except retire early;

    But, apparently, it is LEGAL in the Valley to not enforce the laws and or city ordinances against friends--and that's why South Padre Island now knows she does not need leadership with too many "friends"--especially criminal friends;

    I think South Padre Island has a major challenge to overcome all the dirty money thrown all over the island: Â*Wow, I have never seen the likes of it, especially by so many foreigners;

    I couldn't believe the arrogance of rich Middle Easterners standing up at Board of Aldermen meetings shouting as though he owns the town--maybe he does;

    And the way I watched them treat the illegals, apparently lots of practice on how to treat the "lesser of our species" Â*from dealing with the Palestinians--I truly understand some of the hostilities in the Middle East;

    If the rumors are true, then maybe eventually we'll read about that guy in the paper someday!

    I have to admit, after my experiences working in Europe, and understanding all that goes into National Security, how could have the United States failed so miserably on South Padre Island with these creeps and the cartels, basically the entire Texas border.

    But with the lawsuit, I got more than I thought I would;

    Someday, South Padre Island will thank me--or nothing will have changed.

    Sincerely,

    On May 20, 2010, at 4:31 PM,

    I was wondering how things are with city lawsuit

    The keystone bolstering the illegal immigration problem can be summed up with a couple of Spanish words:

    How do you say "dirty cops" in Spanish?

    HIDTA task force on border mired in corruption charges
    Posted by Bill Conroy - May 16, 2010 at 2:43 pm
    ICE agents who blew the whistle on fellow law enforcers’ fraud, waste and abuse faced swift retaliation from their agency
    A law enforcement task force in New Mexico that is supposed to target drug-trafficking criminals is instead awash in charges that it is using its nearly $600,000 taxpayer-subsidized budget to fund its own corrupt practices.
    The task force was previously the target of an investigation by the internal affairs unit of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that revealed a disturbing trail of bookkeeping irregularities and multiple mysterious bank accounts. In the wake of that investigation, nothing of consequence happened to the task force or its operations, and it continues to operate under the same leadership to this day.
    Now, a former ICE agent who participated in the task force has stepped forward with revelations that, at a minimum, raise serious questions about the integrity of a major federal drug war initiative known as the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program.
    The Deming, N.M.-based task force, composed of local and state law enforcers as well as federal ICE agents, serves primarily three counties (Luna, Grant and Hidalgo) in southern New Mexico. The task force, called the Border Operations Task Force, or BOTF-Deming, is part of New Mexico’s larger HI DTA program, which is overseen by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP).
    The former federal agent who is now talking, Christopher DeSantis, served as an ICE agent in Deming from 2001 until mid-2007. He is currently embroiled in litigation with ICE over claims that the federal law enforcement agency discriminated against him and eventually fired him because he blew the whistle on the corruption in the BOTF-Deming.
    DeSantis, in a series of interviews with Narco News, claims that the leadership of the BOTF-Deming engaged in a massive waste of taxpayers dollars in order to spend down budgeted funds to assure the same level of funding, or greater, in the following budget cycle. DeSantis alleges some task force members claimed overtime pay while bird hunting; attended "training" junkets in places like Tucson and Las Vegas that they viewed as paid vacations and where they spent a good deal of their time in bars and strip clubs; and spent thousands of dollars on useless equipment, such as two cellular-based tracking systems for use in a remote corner of the border where there was no cell service.
    “They were even buying refills for disposable pens just to burn up the budget money,â€

    I would like to send up a prayer of thanks to those who gave everything defending our border while pushing back the hordes who would otherwise overrun our democracy in a flood of tyranny and oppression through the default of never understanding or holding our belief that freedom is the ultimate divine right of all: Stay home would be invaders and own what we have here in your own home lands.

    Thank you Lt. George C Kimble and Company.
