Alleged drunk driver in head-on crash that killed woman is jailed, held on immigration detainer

Alejandro Almazan, 25, faces one charge of intoxication manslaughter and two charges of intoxication assault. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on a $200,000 bond. He is also being held on an ICE detainer.

Police have released the name of the alleged drunk driver accused of killing a woman and injuring two other people in a wrong-way crash on Sunday.

Alejandro Almazan, 25, faces one charge of intoxication manslaughter and two charges of intoxication assault. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on a $200,000 bond. He is also being held on an ICE detainer.

Police said Almazan, driving a green 2003 Chevy Suburban, crashed head-on into a Mitsubishi Outlander, killing the driver, 29-year-old Lizette Flores Corona, and injuring two passengers, 27-year-old Michelle Ruiz and 27-year-old Pablo Ledesma-Rodriguez.

Authorities responded to the crash around 2:30 a.m. By 3 a.m., Coronoa had been pronounced dead and paramedics were taking Ruiz and Rodriguez to University Hospital in critical condition.

Their statuses are unknown.

I'm sure they are or were at one time. Crime breeds more crime. Illegal aliens in the US cause more illegal aliens to come. Their presence in their sanctuary cities, bribed "safe places", and massive drug, smuggling, and other criminal enterprise networks are the single largest lure to new illegal aliens entering the US. Add all the tax credit refunds, Medicaid, food stamps, free education, free school lunch, WIC, TANF, low-income housing, jobs, free remittances, and on and on and on and it's a criminal gravy train all the way from the ports and borders straight to the banks, utility companies, cell phone shops, cash checking stores, Western Union and Walmart money centers.

What is going on is a totally disgusting lay down by businesses and inept crooked governments at all levels. Trump is making a difference but not big enough without the wall, more border agents, ICE agents, immigration prosecutors and judges, ending birthright citizenship for anchor babies, substantial reductions in legal immigration and stopping all chain migration.

Trump has the plan, and I hope we continue to be very active in supporting that plan while pushing against any form of amnesty.

If the victims are here illegally...deport them too!

Yet another "drunken Illegal kills people in head on crash" story. We must have hundreds of these in the archives. How many hundreds of families were left with the heartache and expense of losing a loved one?
