Can you please help us locate Raul Herrera, the man that was drinking and driving when he killed comedian Brian Edward Kiley 38 of Tennessee?

We are trying to determine Raul Herrera's immigration status as it relates to his impact on community safety and flight risk, but we cannot find him in the last 30 days listing of people processed into the Durham County detention center via this resource.
