Mr. Gheen, Durham Police Department is the investigating agency on this case, therefore I can't offer many details. I do know however, that Raul Herrera was never booked into the Durham County Jail. There is currently an active warrant for his arrest for one charge of Felony Death by Vehicle. For additional information about the case you will have to contact Durham PD.
