    Summary:
    November 9, 2018

    An illegal alien, charged in a deadly crash in Augusta, has been indicted on federal charges.

    The document filed today, states that 29 year old Eduardo Gonzalez-Frias was sent back to Mexico, before illegally re-entering the states prior to the crash.

    In May 2017, Gonzalez-Frias was charged with DUI and vehicular homicide, when the car he was driving hit a guardrail on I-20 and flipped into the Augusta Canal.

    Michael Botello was the passenger who was killed in that crash.
