Recommendation.

When illegals "do what they do," rape, murder, larceny, etc, the identity of the illegals' employer needs to be included in the news release. Or we should post it here if anyone can find out.

If we can find this out, the spotlight also needs to shine on the corporation they work for. Example:
lejandro Emeterio Rivera Gamboa was an illegal alien employed by XYZ Corporation at the time of his arrest.

Corporate executives are proud of their foreign (illegals and H-1Bs) work forces. Let's shine the spotlight on em when their beloved foreign employees commit felony crimes!

I want to know where these scumbags were working. Who has been supporting them through employment. I want to call them up and personally thank them for this rape and murder.

Here is the most apologist article for criminal illegal aliens I have ever seen. Not only does this journalist attempt to explain away that this young teens death was a result of her dysfunctional upbringing, he also fails to explain the fact that those men were here illegally. By doing this he makes them into nothing more than simple local criminals, yet we all know that if our federal government had been securing our borders, and thse two had never made it across as they did, this girl would still be alive today. Please feel free to give Mr. Duin a piece of your minds for his apologetics for the illegal alien murdering invaders.

D ani Countryman's going-away party ended, police say, with one man attempting to rape the 15-year-old while his accommodating cousin jammed his foot down on her windpipe with such force that he left the sneaker's imprint in the valley of her throat.

Her 95-pound body was abandoned on the filthy, ant-infested carpet of an Oak Grove apartment complex to which Clackamas County sheriff's deputies have been called 54 times since Jan. 1. "A place," Detective Jim Strovink told the Dallas Morning News, "with a swimming pool with green algae in it, a Dumpster that's overflowing, and people hanging over the balconies smoking their cigarettes and scratching their tattoos."

Your garden-variety cesspool, in other words. You would hope someone might watch out for the child who ventures near its edge. The 20-year-old half-sister, Ashley, perhaps. The father, Donald Countryman, in Texas. The guy who claimed he had sex with Dani at 3 a.m. -- a boast he splashed on his MySpace page -- then went back to watching "The Chronicles of Narnia."

But in the alternate universe in which Dani lived and died, no one sounded an alarm. No one hanging out, or hanging on, at the Balboa Apartments thought to safeguard the girl because no one saw anything unusual. They are so numb to the casual traffic in alcohol and sex, so desensitized to the violence, so damn careless, that they can sleep (and party) through anything, including aggravated murder.

Alejandro Emeterio Rivera Gamboa, 24, and his cousin, Gilberto Javier Arellano Gamboa, 23, were arraigned Tuesday on charges of murdering the vivacious teenager in the course of a rape that may not have been completed before she died.

Arellano Gamboa lived next door to the apartment in which her body was found on the morning of July 28, and one floor below Rick Sprayberry, the current boyfriend of Dani's sister. Ashley was one of several people who said she saw the cousins drop into the party, paw some of the girls, ply her sister with beer.

Which no one, apparently, considered cause for concern.

Not Ashley, who brought her 17-month-old baby to the party and is dating a guy whose criminal record includes 2005 charges of felony child abuse in Florida (Sprayberry eventually pleaded no contest to domestic battery).

And not Dani, who planned to return to Texas and the sordid orbit of a father who -- according to the Kaufman County DA -- has been arrested 17 times since 1987. In December 2006, the Morning News reported, Dani was with dear ol' dad when he was nailed during a traffic stop. Upon seeing the blue lights, she told police, her father asked her to hide his glass pipe and two rocks of crack cocaine.

I wonder if this had something to do with Dani dropping out of high school two weeks later.

As last week's brutal home invasion in Connecticut proved, an expensive house and a gated enclave aren't always sufficient protection from murderous violence.

But there is another level of savagery involved when kids live in harm's way and consider it normal. When drug addiction, teenage pregnancy, all-night parties, and exposure to the kind of creeps who would tattoo the throat of a 95-pound teenager is painfully routine.

What's painfully clear is that the routine isn't limited to the Balboa or Newell Creek Village, where Ashley Pond and Miranda Gaddis were thrown to the wolves. There are probably 50 such cesspools in Clackamas County and hundreds more around the state . . . and countless young women who cart their infant daughters into those slums as if dead ends are their birthright.

AmericanElizabeth,that article was absolutely appalling.How could that writer even think that much less print it for the public.Sickening.

What he has done is to spin the details of her sad life and ending into a story which almost exonerates these animals of her death and puts that squarely on the shoulders of her drug addicted father, and all others in her life, but not the men who not only committed her murder, but raped her while she was a young teen and they adults.

And of course....the detail all apologist, open borders journalists leave out, they were ILLEGAL ALIENS WHO SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

It has been pretty well accepted here in Texas, that Mexico 'helps' these people across the border either when they are caught or when they finish their sentences.

It isn't really a matter of their escaping, they are sent here.

Think about it. If we could just send our rapists, child molestors, gang bangers, murderers, and other monsters out of the country?

After reading the other story about the men with TB in GA, I am wondering if Mexico is not sending their diseased people here. That way they don't have to treat them.

hell2pay, there are a great deal of idiots in Portland when it comes to the issue of discussing "undocumented workers"!!!

These criminal apologists will try to explain away all the bad things that seem to come about when you have large numbers of illegal aliens flocking to one area, balkanizing and dragging that same area of town down into third world slum conditions.

They would say that the neighborhood has "gotten more ethnic character" (let's not let those Americans with the same ethnicity of the illegals in those areas carry that burden, I'd bet they'd rather not be linked with it all!!!), and that they are simply "hardworking people who came here looking for a better life" (no, they came here looking for an EASIER life, and a society that was lame enough to let them get away with the garbage they pull with nothing more than a slap on the wrist).
