He has more to say on his blog
He goes on to talk about a girl named Beth McCormick who had similar bad family circumstances--
" Beth had every opportunity and every excuse to end up on one of those grungy, roach-infested carpets in Clackamas County. Somehow, she was able to make better use of the flimsy support network that was available to her, particularly the aunt in Seattle, her brother, and several teachers at RAA. Unlike Dani, she stayed in school. And she maintained the powerful desire to rise above the wretched hand she was dealt."
According to him, if Dani had "made better use of her flimsy support network" and "maintained a powerful desire to rise above" her circumstances, she'd still be alive.
Don't you get it? It's her own fault. If these poor hard-working immigrants hadn't had the misfortune to run into an American girl who just wasn't trying hard enough to better herself, they wouldn't have had to rape and murder her.
Well, maybe the ACLU can get busy and protect their rights so they're not abused by the American legal system.
More from The Oregonian http://tinyurl.com/28ynme -- "One had been arrested 4 times on drunken driving charges over the past 7 years. They both admitted they had entered illegally from Mexico; one had an Oregon identification card."
You know, I look at this girl's sweet young cheerful face, and it breaks my heart.

Hell2Pay--
Hell2Pay, they really went after you for daring to mention that Dani would still be alive if those 2 illegals weren't alllowed to be here in the first place. You don't even mention race in your post, but all the responses called you a racist. This is the kind of crap that I have learned to put up with and I almost consider it a badge of honor---when they cry "racist" in response to my arguments, it means I have hit home.
I hope you don't mind if I quote from your answer to them; it's so well said:
From hell2pay:
"This illegal alien invasion is a matter of life and death. This child would still be alive if our government would have secured our borders and enforced existing immigration laws.
I am sick and tired of people like you playing the politically correct race card while American women and children are being slaughtered by foreign invaders.
Your opinion is in the minority; the American people are not willing to die at your altar of political correctness. We should not and we will not tolerate foreign invaders killing American citizens just because somebody might get their feeling hurt if we say something about it.
If you don’t like it tough sh*t"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Very well put, and I second your sentiments!

Slantedplanet, Hell2pay, normally those of us with a lot of time in this fight at ALIPAC would jump in and start making the rounds of media persons who support our fight, such as Lars Larson (I figure he has already jumped in) and Lou Dobbs.
As it stands right now with this particular one, I am encouraging you both to jump in, contact Lou Dobbs with the original story, and also all of the slanted articles which have made the victim into the guilty.
I encourage you both to email Dobbs and give him all you have so far on this and highlight the obvious slants against this girl. We will all be emailing him, backing it all up. Hopefuly he will give this story some national coverage and the fact that the media here in Portland has began the usual process of making her life into the reason she was killed."In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, Brave, Hated, and Scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, For then it costs nothing to be a Patriot." Since they both killed a teenage girl, hopefully both bastards will have to deal w/jailhouse justice once they are incarcerated. After all, it's cheaper to bury CRIMINAL illegals than deport them.

Some update on this story:
I will pass along from varied glimpses of local media that:
1. One of the perps had 4 DUIs here - gee. And, how can Clackamas County shovel him off-the-radar with respect to legal status (eg. should have been 'found' and deported a LONG time ago...)
2. I have contacted the local Sheriff's Dept. which is processing and holding these perps. I specifically asked about employment / employer and if the contact person for the Public Info Officer has any info he can share on that subject. I'll pass it along if / when I get a response.
In case anyone here is curious, you can go more directly to the source at the links below:
(Detective Jim Strovink is the main Public Info Officer - he handles all the media and related publicity stuff at the local county Sheriff's Office.)
http://www.clackamas.us/sheriff/
http://web4.co.clackamas.or.us/mrm/3053.html
3. I also heard earlier this week, that the perps were complaining about the jail being too hot or too cold, that they didn't like the food, and lodged other misc. complaints about their surroundings... (Ha!
- get used to it pals, you probably won't have a really good time in jail).

Re: Why Don't They Get It?
When are the people for illegals going to understand that is not about race

Your are not racist by any means slanted. You just want what the rest of us concerned citizens and victims of illegals want. ENFORCE OUR LAWS AND SECURE OUR BORDERS. WHY ARE THE SUITS IN DC NOT GETTING THAT
I think they are not getting it because they have not suffered as my family is or the other 48,000 and counting, killed since 9/11 that have died at the hands of an illegal. Until it hits home for one of them, which I would never wish on anyone, even my worst enemy, maybe some eyes will open then.
But until something as tragic happens to one of their own, they aren't trying to get it and never will. It's too out of their realm to watch their own kids, clean their homes, mow their own yards, etc. So sad but so true. Does anyone agree
Do They understand the word ILLEGAL????

^^ I used to get called the racist word also and it really used
to bother me but not any longer. I've found this place to be
the ONLY place that understands the issues and for the most
part stays on topic. I can be myself and most importantly
express myself without being attacked here. ^^Always aim at complete harmony of thought and word and deed.

I need some help here folks!
I just did some Google and Google News searches tonight to see what kind of media penetration this story is getting.
The fact that this was brown on white crime, makes it a big candidate for the kind of national censorship we see on a regular basis in America via our monitoring.
Here is the main article we have on the homepage
http://www.alipac.us/modules.php?name=N ... =1&thold=0
I plugged in the name "Rivera Gamboa" in quotes on the Google News engine and Im only getting 30 results.
This story is running in Oregon, Texas, and two lone blips in WA and OK.
Here are my google results as of 11:30pm EST tonight.
