    GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. —An     undocumented immigrant has been arrested and charged with murder in a cold case out of Greenville County, South Carolina, according to the Greenville County Sheriff's Office.

    The sheriff's office said     Edgar Sebastian Diego, 34, was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder.

    Investigators said they discovered Diego shot and killed 19-year-old     Juan Pascual in November 2024 after an altercation.

    Pascual's body was found in the roadway after he was shot in the head, investigators said at the time of his death.
