The Dignity Act Amnesty by Reps Salazar (R-FL) & Escobar (D-TX) gives Amnesty to millions of illegals, increases H1B visas, & stops Trump's promised deportations!

President Donald Trump's sweeping victory in the 2024 elections gave his second administration a clear mandate to secure America's borders and deport millions of illegal aliens, not a mandate to increase H1B visas and give paths to citizenship to millions of illegals along with Amnesty and eventual voting rights as found in the Dignity Act!

While more secure borders, worksite raids, defunding taxpayer benefits for migrants, and deportations send illegal immigrants a message not to enter or remain in the US unlawfully, Amnesty legislation like Maria Salazar (R-FL) & Rep. Veronica Escobar's (D-TX) Dignity Act Amnesty attracts illegal immigrants!

ALIPAC and the substantial majority of US citizens and legal immigrants of all races who oppose Amnesty for illegals have defeated Amnesty legislation like the Salazar Escobar Dignity Act more than eight times in DC since 2004!

Each time Congress considers Amnesty bills like the Dignity Act, illegal immigration into America increases.

The Dignity Act Amnesty, aka DIGNIDAD, was initially filed in 2023 as HR 3599 (Read HERE) and was endorsed by the Problems Solvers Caucus in late 2024.

The bill is expected to be pushed forward in 2025 and offered to the Trump administration in any compromise bills pretending to crack down on the borders.

The Dream Act Amnesty has 38 bipartisan sponsors. ALIPAC is calling for GOP Primary challengers to run against and remove Republicans on the bill in the 2026 elections which currently include GOP Reps Lori Chavez-DeRemer (R-OR-5), Michael Lawler (R-NY-17), John S. Duarte (R-CA-13), Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL-26), David Valadao (R-CA-22), Dan Newhouse (R-WA-4), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-1), & Christopher Deluzio (PA-17).
