4 Hard Questions for Congress from PAC That Led the Charge Against Boehner

4 Hard Questions for Congress from PAC That Led the Charge Against Boehner

    For National Release

    January 13, 2015

The Political Action Committee that pushed John Boehner back from his August 2014 plan to pass immigration reform amnesty legislation to Obama's desk and then became the only national illegal immigration fighting organization to oppose John Boehner's election to the speakership in 2015 is asking supporters to flood DC lawmaker offices with 4 hard hitting questions this week!

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) wants GOP lawmakers to explain why more legislation will restrain a President who ignores laws and legislation, or how defunding Obama's "Executive Action" creating amnesty for illegal aliens will work when the illegals are backed by elite financial powers.

"This attempt to stop Obama from using amendments to funding bills is weak, a ruse, and a woefully inadequate response to Obama's violation of his oath of office, the US Constitution, and numerous existing federal laws that say what he is doing constitutes felonies!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We support any and all constitutional efforts to stop Obama, amnesty, and illegal immigration, but we are having trouble believing the Republican leadership will do anything to stop an amnesty for illegals that they too support on behalf of the big money players in DC!"

ALIPAC supports the lawsuit that 25 states are engaging in to stop Obama and any constitutional means necessary to restore normal law in America.

Activists are being asked to call and write members of Congress with 4 questions.

-- Since Obama is ignoring, violating, and unconstitutionally rewriting many existing federal laws that say it is a felony for any American to help illegal immigrants get jobs or encourage illegals to enter or remain in the US, why would more legislation from Congress prevent presidents from ignoring legislation from Congress?

-- Since illegal immigrants pay large sums of money to smugglers to enter America and fines and fees to apply for Obama's amnesty plan, and since this army of illegal aliens has the backing of the US Chamber of Commerce, big banks, the governments of Mexico and most of Latin America, and several billionaires like George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, Rupert Murdoch, and Mark Zuckerberg, how would cutting off funding for Obama's plan succeed in stopping this illegal immigration overthrow of the American republic?

-- Why would any member of Congress who really wanted to stop Obama and Obama's "Executive Action" immigration reform amnesty for illegals vote for John Boehner to be Speaker of the House when Boehner has made it clear he supports both Barack Obama and the same immigration reform legislation Obama is implementing without authorization from Congress?

-- Is voting for some amendments to a DHS funding bill an adequate response to the Executive Branch of the US Government supporting a costly and deadly illegal alien invasion of our American homeland in direct violation of both our Constitution and a host of existing federal laws?
