Left-Wing Smear Groups Foster Violence Against Innocent People

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) hit list, "Hate Map," is under new scrutiny following Charlie Kirk's politically motivated murder after the SPLC targeted Turning Point USA in May of this year, placing them on par with groups like the KKK and Neo Nazis, and falsely defaming Charlie Kirk's group as "anti-government extremists."

The Congressional Freedom Caucus is launching an investigation following Kirk's assassination, stating in a letter... “In the wake of numerous attacks on our way of life, the destruction of the rule of law, and the murder of innocent Americans, prominent and unknown alike, we must take every step to follow the money and uncover the force behind the NGOs, donors, media, public officials, and all entities driving this coordinated attack... (there's a) sustained breakdown of law and order, fueled not by chance, but by anti-American ideology.” (SOURCE) The letter noted that the Southern Poverty Law Center, which keeps a “hate map” of extremist groups, earlier this year had singled out Turning Point USA, the organization Kirk co-founded.

Tyler O'Neil, a reporter for the Daily Signal and author of Making Hate Pay: The Corruption of the Southern Poverty Law Center told "The Todd Starnes Show" on Newsmax (Sept. 10, 2025 The Day Kirk Was Murdered)...

"This is not the first time that somebody who was put on that hate map was targeted for violence... It's important to say the Southern Poverty Law Center condemned the shooting of Charlie Kirk, saying political violence is never acceptable." To which the host, Todd Starnes, replied... "You know what? That's BS. You know what, that's a load of crap right there! Those people (SPLC) have put targets on every single conservative out there, including this guy you're talking to right here... They need to be held responsible because their vitriol... their hatred is being used by these terrorists to go out there and target our friends..." (VIEW VIDEO SOURCE)

And while legendary illegal immigration opponent D.A. King recently passed away in Georgia, his organization, The Dustin Inman Society, is continuing its lawsuit against the SPLC for "Hate Map" defamation.

ALIPAC believes there is an established pattern of threats, abuse, and violence against those targeted by the George Soros-funded SPLC after many conservative groups have been mislabeled as being associated with small remnants of Nazis and the KKK simply for opposing illegal immigration, taxpayer-funded abortion, opposing the surgical and chemical trans mutilation of children, or supporting traditional marriage between a man and a woman.

"You could be a black, Jewish, Democrat, lesbian in a wheelchair, and the SPLC will still try to dehumanize you by lying to people to inspire them to hurt you for being a "hate-filled, racist, white-supremacist, Nazi" if you speak out prominently against illegal immigration or get in the way of their leftist agenda and legislation. The SPLC is the violence Shot Caller for the radical left!" said William Gheen, founder of ALIPAC who has received threats citing deceptive SPLC hit pieces.

The SPLC often omits the fact that many of the groups and individuals they target are avowedly multi-racial, peaceful, civil organizations that have publicly disavowed racism and racist groups. The SPLC tells the kinds of lies that get innocent people hurt or killed.

SPLC targeted the pro-Christian organization, the Family Research Council, and in 2012 Floyd Lee Corkins II opened fire at its Washington, D.C., headquarters. Corkins told the FBI he targeted FRC because he found it on the SPLC hate map. He said he intended to shoot everyone in the building and smear a Chick-fil-A sandwich in their faces as they lay dying because Chick-fil-A had supported conservative causes. Corkins had a list of targets in his pocket derived from the SPLC.

SPLC, having criticized Congressman Steve Scalise, a Republican House member from Louisiana, did not remove Scalise from their HATE MAP even after he was shot by James Hodgkinson during a GOP baseball practice in 2017. Hodgkinson specifically targeted Republicans in the shooting. He had volunteered for Sen. Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign in 2016 and “liked” the SPLC on Facebook.

When Grok AI was asked if there is a pattern of violence against those targeted by the SPLC, the Ai responded...

On September 9, 2025, the day before Charlie Kirk was martyred, the SPLC attacked TPUSA, claiming in their "September 2025 Intelligence Project Dispatch: Trends and incidents of the hard right" (SOURCE)...

"Turning Point USA (TPUSA) continued the hard right’s attacks on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at an event over the summer where one speaker implied violence was necessary. Vince E. Ellison, who unsuccessfully ran for Congress in South Carolina, told a TPUSA audience that DEI supporters are “inferior,” and, when he encounters them, “I’m gonna slit your throat.” Ellison is a favorite Black voice on hard-right media. In the past, he teamed up with TPUSA leader Charlie Kirk to call Martin Luther King “despicable” and “immoral.”

ALIPAC supports Congressional and Executive Branch investigations into the Southern Poverty Law Center, as well as other George Soros-funded NGOs and smear groups who are inspiring political violence while simultaneously and duplicitously decrying the violence they promote.

Americans have witnessed a lot of blood spilled from the necks of the innocent, and it is time for national unity in the face of those responsible for creating the climate and set of conditions fueling this murderous hatred and lawlessness.
