NC Can now override Dem Gov Cooper's Vetoes!

Nationwide volunteers are needed for 4 action items detailed below.

Thanks to the outstanding leadership of Republican Speaker of the NC House Tim Moore and the bravery and integrity of state Rep. Tricia Cotham (Mecklenburg County), North Carolinians now have a chance at some legislative relief from illegal alien felons and illegal non-citizen Democrat voters with your help!

Rep Tricia Cotham is making national news for switching over to the Republican Party, which now gives GOP lawmakers veto-proof super-majorities in both the NC House and Senate!

North Carolina is an extremely important swing & battleground state for the elites conducting the illegal immigration invasion and overthrow of America.

Groups like our ALIPAC have repeatedly thwarted their legislative plans here; now we need your volunteer help to take advantage of this narrow window...

Action Item 1 / Thank Rep. Cotham: Call & Write to thank NC state Rep. Tricia Cotham for switching to the Republican Party, giving us a veto-proof super-majority in the NC House (We were 1 vote shy). She is being lambasted by angry Democrats this week, and your thanks and encouragement would be welcome.

Action Item 2 HB 10: Call and write all GOP NC Senators you can to ask them to...

"Please support and pass HB 10 and stand united in overriding Democrat Governor Cooper's expected veto to stop eight woke NC Sheriffs from ignoring ICE holds on illegal immigrant felons! HB 10 will help protect American lives, property, and elections from criminal illegals."

    Action Item 3 / Rep. George Cleveland's HB 259:

"I'm calling/writing today to ask NC Republican lawmakers to refile and pass Rep. Cleveland's HB 259, which was vetoed by Democrat Governor Roy Cooper in 2021. This bill would require NC Elections to only use voting machines manufactured in the United States and for lists of people who get out of jury duty for non-citizenship reasons to be shared with NC Boards of Elections to help reduce the number of non-citizens and illegal immigrants voting illegally in North Carolina elections."

Action Item 4 NC SB 630: Support NC Constitution referendum for US citizen voters only.

"I'm calling/writing NC Senate Republicans to ask you to support and pass Senators Newton, Overcash, and Daniels SB 630 to allow NC citizens to vote to require a change to the state Constitution making elections for US Citizens only."

These four action items are very important to the national effort to fight back against illegal immigration.

Please let us know if you are responding and taking these steps.

ALIPAC Message to NC Lawmakers on HB

Honorable NC Reps Cleveland, Kidwell, K. Hall, & McNeely:

I'm writing today to ask that you use the remaining time in this year's session to refile and pass your 2021 bill HB 259, which Democrat Governor Cooper vetoed to protect his illegal non-citizen voters that Democrats are counting on to take control of our swing state of North Carolina.

To help preserve your majority and increase the security and integrity of elections for all NC citizens, we are providing you with our collection of 72 examples of non-citizens (and the illegals among them) registering to vote and voting illegally in US elections.

This evidence leads us to believe there are surprising numbers of illegal non-citizen voters casting ballots for Democrats in our state! Cooper's vetoes and other behaviors among Democrat Party political machinery organizations and activists suggest their side is aware of this vulnerability, and they seek to take and keep power here using imported illegal voters.

Refiling and passing your bill HB 259, which was vetoed by Democrat Governor Roy Cooper in 2021, now that Republicans have a veto-proof super-majority in both the NC House and Senate this year would be the fastest and most efficient way to provide NC voters some relief from left-leaning illegal non-citizen voters in the 2024 elections.

Your bill required NC voting machines to be manufactured in America and for lists of people who get out of jury duty due to non-citizenship be removed from voter registration rolls and referred to DAs when found to be active voters. Our large collection of polling data suggests you have super majority support levels among NC voters on both of these measures.

Something must be attempted to deter the Democrats from stealing NC elections with these illegal voters.

Right now, there is only a yes/no check box for US Citizenship on voter registration forms and computer screens at our DMVs, and nobody on the county, state, or federal level verifies Yes claims for citizenship.

I believe that Governor Cooper and the NC Democratic Party are completely aware of this and seeking to exploit this vulnerability in our elections to dominate over Republicans in the 2024 elections.

We stand ready to deploy our statewide and national activist networks behind this effort.

Please let us know if you and other GOP reps are willing to take steps to address non-citizen voters in NC in the time remaining this session.

I've shared this request with Speaker Tim Moore and Rep. Destin Hall, as well as several NC local groups that also stand against illegal immigration and Democrat efforts to use illegal voters in US elections.

    Sincerely,

    William Gheen

    Press Release

    For National Release | April 6, 2023

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) activists are thanking NC state Representative Tricia Cotham of Mecklenburg County for leaving the Democratic Party and giving GOP lawmakers the one additional vote needed for Republicans to have veto-proof supermajorities in both state houses.

North Carolina is a purple swing state that can be decisive in national elections.

Far-left Democrat Governor Roy Cooper has previously vetoed many GOP bills, including bills to stop illegal immigrant felons from being released from jails and legislation to prevent non-citizens from illegally voting for Democrats!

"We are hopeful that NC citizens will now get some relief from illegal immigrant felons released by woke Democrat Sheriffs and Governor Cooper and from the large numbers of non-citizen illegal voters that Democrats are trying to use to take full and permanent control in this state," said lifelong NC resident William Gheen, founder and spokesman for ALIPAC. "We are thankful for the leadership of Speaker Tim Moore and the brave and principled transition to the GOP by Rep. Cotham, which makes many positive changes for North Carolina possible now."

William Gheen and ALIPAC have played a decisive role in defeating licenses and in-state tuition bills for undocumented immigrants in North Carolina and then using those successful strategies to stop similar legislation nationally in more than thirty states since 2004. (View Documentation)

    Rep. Tricia Cotham,

I'm writing to thank you for your bravery and integrity in taking such a big step to leave the corrupt America and Christian hating Democrat Party behind.

You are now in much better company with NC Speaker Tim Moore and the many excellent conservative leaders in the NC House and Senate.

Our state of North Carolina has been home to many prior Democrats who thankfully transitioned to Republican and went on to become historical influential figures such as our legendary Senator Jesse Helms and Congressman Walter Jones Jr.

Many of our strongest Republicans used to be Democrats when they were younger and the Democrats were less extreme than they are today.

While I'm certain you are being berated by angry Democrats coupled with some Republicans who will say you are not conservative enough, I hope you will educate them all that you transitioned away from the Democrats to the GOP due to your personal experiences and observations.

I faced similar challenges when I left the Democrats behind in the late 90s in an effort to give beleaguered North Carolinians a chance at more balance and fairness in our state.

I hope you will stand in unison with your new GOP colleagues to override any vetoes of Republican-sponsored legislation from our corrupt, woke Democrat Governor Roy Cooper.

Cooper has come to exemplify much of the extreme left-wing and anti-American positions of today's Democratic Party.

You have given North Carolina a chance for positive change in a swing state could influence what happens across America.

Stand strong, and please know how sincerely thankful many of us are for your decision.

We hope that your vote will help us to stop woke Democrat Sheriffs from releasing dangerous criminal illegals and help stop non-citizens from voting illegally and stealing NC elections!

May your leadership influence others to come out of the Democratic Party as well and to stand on the side of freedom and common sense for our citizens.

    Welcome to the Republican ranks,
