William's Interview with Dobbs
It Is with a heavy heart that I say that we should part ways with Lou Dobbs. I watched him for over 9 years on CNN,and I NEVER heard him once say that he supported a path to citizenship for Illegals. We need a moritorium on ALL legal Immigration, and we need to make sure that there Is NEVER another AMNESTY passed In this country. Our culture and our language are In serious jeopardy, and the very fabric of this nation Is literally being torn to shreds. We need to organize and take to the streets In mass to let this poor excuse for a Congress know how we feel about this pressing Issue. If we let another AMNESTY pass It will destroy the United States forever. We the people cannot let this happen for the sake of our children, and all future generations to come. We must organize NOW to stop this before It gets going again. The Tea Party movement Is a step In the right direction, but Is being Ignored by the Left Wing Media. Also, there has not been enough emphasis on Illegal Immigration within this movement. We need OUR OWN GRASS ROOTS MOVEMENT to rally against Illegal Immigration, and the damage that It Is inflicting on this country. I am more than willing to help organize a willing group of fellow patriots to help secure our liberty and prosperity In our country. TS
Lou Dobbs, close...but not good enough
Alipac should no longer support Lou Dobbs or anyone who thinks that illegal aliens should have a path to citizenship. Being here illegal should automatically mean no future citizenship and immediate deportation.
If you want to be pragmatic, one might say that the only illegals who have a path of staying would be that they
1) married a US citizen (only a one-time allowance in a citizen's lifetime)
2) overstayed they visa no more than 3 months and did not take a job.
3) medical emergency (already exists in law)
4) limited special circumstances (limited to 12,000 persons per year)
Dobbs has lost our support.
Wow. I am surprised that Huckabee signed the pledge.
Back to subject, I had actually heard Lou Dobbs sneak in his desire for a "path to citizenship" and wondered why no one else had noticed -- especially his foes at La Raza. Of course, that means they are for full amnesty and nothing less. As to when he changed I would have to say it was after the push for the immigration reform bill back in 2007 when we all let congress know how we felt. He was one of our champions on this along with others like Rush, Malkin, and Buchanan. While I am no fan of the first two, it was good to have their listeners/supporters on our side on this issue. At the time, I lived in South Carolina and many of us were livid with what Senator "Grahmnesty" was doing and saying.
Mr. Gheen, you have no choice but to remove support from Lou Dobbs due to his current stance. I like it that he says secure the borders and prosecute the felons who commit crimes on top of invading this country. But he has backtracked and that's political horse-hockey.
