Thread: Great News for Americans On Labor Day, bad news for illegals

We have some great news to report today, which is Labor Day 2009!

This news, if properly used, can greatly enhance our side's political momentum.

Today, we received a new Rasmussen Report poll that shows an astounding 83% of Americans believe that illegal aliens should not have access to "government health care subsidies".

Only 12% felt that illegal immigrants / illegal aliens should have access to "government health care subsidies".

This poll shows us once again that ALIPAC's positions are favored by approximately 4 out of 5 Americans and our opposition barely has the support of 1 in 10!

Now, we do not have much time to put this to good use! We must remind you all that sellout Senate Immigration Subcommittee Chair Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) has promised the illegal alien groups that he will launch his AMNESTY legislation (Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty) shortly after Labor Day!

The Open Borders Lobby is using a few expensive propaganda polls, which makes the false claim that a majority of Americans want our existing laws changed to accommodate over fifteen million illegal immigrants on US soil and turn them into citizens and voters.

The fact that the current 'Health Care Reform' legislation leaves the door open for illegal aliens to receive benefits, and the fact that illegal immigrants are stealing billions from US taxpayers via health care each year as things stand can be under serious challenge by weeks end, if you will TAKE ACTION WITH THIS NEW POLL!

Let's Roll! Perhaps we can push Sellout Senator Schumer back on his AMNESTY LEGISLATION time line, if we can get the media to focus on this.

Good news. This just confirms what we know, and dispels the claims of the open borders crowd. The American people are continually learning what illegal immigration has done, and is doing, and they see the billions that are spent in the United States, as well as the billions that leave the U.S. every year in remittances to foreign nations. Taxpayers lose their jobs to illegal aliens, get their identities stolen by them, and then they are expected to pick up the tab for the billions in free services and benefits.

The current health care bills being discussed do not include any verification of citizenship requirements, though Mr. Obama and other lawmakers claim that illegal aliens would not be included. If you do not require stringent citizenship verification, illegal aliens will be included. This is the plan of many in Congress, as well as groups that include La Raza, SEIU, ACORN, and others.

Town halls have illuminated the problem of illegal immigration to other Americans, and to the politicians that participate. Americans have not waned in their demands for border security, employer sanctions, and enforcement of current immigration laws. Any attempt at future amnesty will see even greater outcry from the American people.

This video from a packed out town hall with Tennessee Senator Bob Corker, highlights the "800 pound Gorilla in the room". The man's wife with cancer had to wait behind the illegal aliens for health care. Unfortunately, Senator Corker's response lacks knowledge and veracity on the number of illegal aliens present in the United States.

My fear of this is that the politicians will stand there and tell us that IA's are NOT covered, when essentially they are (thru various loopholes) and that the American drones out there will believe them! We have to keep on top of this and get the word out that without some sort of commitment to checking legal status of ALL patients under this plan-that IA's WILL be covered!

I am very curious to see what Obama's speech to Congress says.
What scares me is that what is not written in plain English legalese is somehow going to be skewed to mean that if it was not prohibited, then it must be legal.

The language they do have is false positive.

Well, since that's how they accomplish the majority of the crap they do in Congress, you should be concerned about it.

It's a lesson learned a long time ago......it's not what legislation actually reads, it's what is left out.

And they all think they're so slick up there on Capitol Hill

Yup, az. And the slick Willies in Congress are losing a lot of their Teflon with American people seeming to wake up.
Now, if we could just get rid of the lobbyists, it would be a first step to make our voices heard.
