The Facebook scandal involving the company's censorship and suppression of conservative news articles took on a whole new dimension today in Breitbart's ground breaking article, "Immigration Hawks: Facebook Engaging in Deliberate Suppression of Our Content"!

That Breitbart is a confirmed target of Facebook's sandbagging of conservative news outlets and stories was recently leaked to the public via Gizmodo, precipitating Mark Zuckerberg's denials and placation meeting with some conservative leaders today.

This article chronicles Facebook's sneaky and subliminal actions to silence and neutralize the social media efforts of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC), Overpasses for America, Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), Patty McMurray's 100% Fed Up Facebook group, and conservative media personality Dennis Michael Lynch!

These oppressed Facebook groups are likely just the tip of the iceberg. Leaders believe that large numbers of conservative groups, bloggers, media outlets, and citizen activists are also being abused by Facebook's young liberal employees, H1B visa employees, and automated algorithms.

"We want people to know that the wave of more than 300 protests against illegal immigration that we worked so hard to coordinate on Facebook in June of 2014 would not be possible today due to the controls and restrictions Facebook has placed on our pages with more than 600,000 supporters on them," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Zuckerberg and his socialist allies in Silicon Valley at Google and other companies disloyal to Americans have plowed over conservative grass roots organizations, tied our hands and duct taped our mouths, and are now moving to seize control over conservative media and politicians. They are going for complete a surveillance society and socialist totalitarian control where conservative opponents are threatened with violence and silenced."

While ALIPAC is more website and e-mail based, Overpasses for America was created by James Neighbors on the Facebook platform. James was just let out of his most recent stint in "Facebook Jail" after he was restricted from posting or communicating with his own organization or anyone else on Facebook for posting materials critical of Hillary Clinton's role in the Benghazi scandal.

"Facebook has had my account restricted in Facebook Jail for more than half of the time over the last year," said James Neighbors, founder of Overpasses for America. "I am no longer able to share conservative information opposing Obama, Clinton, or illegal immigration, and I can no longer effectively run my national grass roots organization because Facebook has decided I will not be able to operate effectively on their platform. While my liberal and socialist opponents are allowed to break all the rules, my hands are tied and I'm being gagged by Facebook!"

All American conservatives are being warned that no conservative candidate, cause, blog, or organization will thrive or prosper on Facebook regardless of how popular their ideas and opinions are because Facebook has been weaponized against the non liberal half of America's citizenry.

Concerned activists are being asked to read and circulate the contents of Breitbart's article "Immigration Hawks: Facebook Engaging in Deliberate Suppression of Our Content" (click to view) by e-mail, word of mouth, call ins to talk radio shows, and on social media while being advised that any efforts to curtail illegal immigration or Obama's abuses of power will be covertly hindered or blocked by nation burdening companies like Facebook and Google.

It is so important that we select the right words to represent our thoughts and ideas on the existing laws pertaining to immigration, especially illegal immigration and accompany it with tolerance for the other sides position. Unfortunately, when a media outlet like FB engages in censorship, our rights are trounced upon not once but twice. The first would be every Americans right to object and protest to the burgeoning state of problems the US is encountering with respect to all facets of illegal immigration. Citizens like myself understand and accept the flow of legal immigration and do not oppose it, but individuals like myself are absolutely and vehemently against all forms of illegal immigration and it is just a fact that there are laws in place against it as well that are not being enforced by this president and exacerbating the situation. With over 400,000 illegal alien criminals in this country unchecked, regardless of your political affiliation, it is not good for anyone. Our true understanding of the problems that accompany illegal immigration (11M+++ people) are only trounced upon again when an outlet like FB restricts communication for those they perceive to be engaged in the support of anti-illegal immigration positions. It is not Zuckerbergs love of the law that motivates him.

It was always a belief of mine that organizations like FB should remain neutral and afford both sides their say. Anti-illegal immigration interests are not rooted in laws to be passed, but laws to be enforced that have already been passed due to the various detrimental effects illegal immigration presents to the average US citizen. Sadly, most citizens have not taken any time to understand the ramifications of this grossly out of control situation, but it will come home to everyone eventually and roost. If unstopped and unchecked, illegal immigrants will soon start complaining about the new illegal immigrants coming in, wait and watch.

I would not be surprised as well to learn that Zuckerbergs wife is strongly exerting her influence on this subject. Her parents were ethnic Chinese refugees who fled Vietnam in refugee boats. She grew up speaking Cantonese and served as interpreter for her grandparents.

Facebook is no more obligated to allow political content it doesn't like than ALIPAC's BBS site is. They are both just websites.

If people don't like the way they are treated on Facebook, then they should stay away from Facebook.

The problem is that Facebook is secretly abridging the American rights of free speech, freedom of the press, and freedom to assemble.

It doesn't have to do that secretly. It has every right to restrict free speech and freedom to assemble on its web site. The Facebook website is private property just as the ALIPAC BBS forum is private property. Its right to restrict these is itself freedom of the press.

If Facebook made an effort to restrict the TCP/IP protocols and the network of DNS servers that make up the backbone of the internet in order to restrict our constitutional liberties, then that would be a civil rights issue.

But they are not doing that, they are merely controlling the content of their website and they have every right to do that.

It's not as though Facebook itself appears to have any real understanding of what it is. Facebook has publicly promoted the misbegotten notion that it is, somehow, the internet itself. Zuckerberg himself once announced that Facebook would replace email, an unlikely thing since email represents an entirely different technology from websites, it even uses different protocols.

Facebook does not have the right to secretly conduct psychological experiments on users and abridge our civil rights secretly. If you are willing to bow down and accept their underhanded abuse of Americans in this way then you are conceding the battlefield to the enemy.

The fact you even know about these abuses took years of efforts on our part and only recently have we broken on to the national scene with these claims.

Facebook does not have the right to allow pro socialist professional trolls to violate TOS and threaten conservative activists with violence and employment persecution! Facebook does not have the right to throw conservatives into Facebook Jail for making posts that do not violate the TOS!

You might think that socialist have the right to abuse civil rights and American defenders simply because Facebook.com is a private company, but I disagree with all my heart and soul!

Using your logic, ALIPAC should not have fought these battles, should not have even attempted to organize on Facebook, and should not be exerting ourselves to warn unknowing Americans of this diabolical behavior and abuse!

Facebook has to be secretive of their abuses of American conservatives or otherwise risk losing investors and users that are aware of the bias and abuses. And not only would they lose users and money from their dirty deeds being know, but their ability to influence voting behavior, consumer behavior, and policies of the United States is diminished if people become aware of the manipulations, threats, and attacks.

In Germany, the Facebook union with the German government means that an "anti-immigrant" post about the Muslim refugees raping and beating people on your street outside your home results in police being sent to your door, termination of your employment, and social services sent to take your children.

The TOS, or Terms of Service are precisely the point. These are the agreements you submit to when you use somebody's website. If you here at ALIPAC forum remove one of my posts or ban me outright, then you are not violating any of my civil rights, you are exercising your civil rights to publish content the way you want to. There is no easy way for me to determine the source or reason I am subject to discipline on your site. I might pursue it the same way you do at Facebook and this is my right within the law, but it remains. Both Facebook and the ALIPAC forum are just websites, private publishing concerns that are free to run their websites any way they want to.

When you use a website like Facebook, you are submitting to the rules and editorial policies established by Facebook. That doesn't mean that you cannot criticize these policies or expose them to public scrutiny or criticism, it just means that you don't have any say as to what they are.

If you are threatened or otherwise have your civil rights violated by other users of Facebook, then your complaint is really with those other users. Facebook cannot be held responsible for the relationships that exist between you and other users. If Facebook refuses to enforce its own TOS against some of its users and not others, this is not a civil matter.

Rather obviously, I do not think that abuses of civil rights are at issue at all. Again, the freedom to run a website the way you want to and control its content is itself a civil right. As a private corporate interest, the very principled backbone of freedom or the press, Facebook is free to form relationships with anyone or any government it chooses, within the law.

I don't like Facebook at all and avoid its services where I can. I would never be fool enough to wage some kind of political campaign dependent on it, I regret that you have invested so much time doing so yourself. You might observe, since you are so resourceful, that I have never so much as visited your Facebook account, despite spending so much time here. I'll guess that I'm not alone in this.

I don't think that Trump has a Facebook account, I know he uses Twitter, a much simpler website and less liable to editorial oversight than Facebook. Follow his example. Dump Facebook, show them you know what side is up.

Im glad you feel you are not a fool that would use Facebook but when you run a national organization with the objectives ALIPAC has you cannot just stay away from Facebook. You can either fight or quit as people have moved away from websites and into social media like Twitter and Facebook. We have over 600,000 people on Facebook that signed up to support our pages and efforts that Facebook now blocks us from reaching unless we want to pay a lot of money.

Trump has a huge Facebook account with 7.8 million people on it. You are mistaken about that and many other things in your post.

Just because a website does business with the government doesn't mean that the government can or should exercise editorial authority over that website.

Trump is in the hotel business and if were to take away his hotel business away from Facebook, Facebook would suffer a nasty boo-boo.

Sorry, but any way you look at it, in the end the only thing you are left with is that Facebook is just another website. It's a huge website, it's not sitting on an old computer in somebody's apartment, but just like a website sitting on an old computer in somebody's apartment, it is just a website.

The rights they extend over their website are the same you exercise over yours. I respect your editorial authority over this website even though I have complained about it. For me, your authority is a matter of principle. If you don't like the way they are treating you on Facebook, there is nothing you can do or should be able to do about it except complain.
