Americans For Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) fervently disagrees with the ruling of Obama-appointed US District Court Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman's ruling against 18 U.S.C § 922, which sets a precedent for allowing illegal alien invaders to be armed with guns on US soil.

William Gheen, the spokesperson for ALIPAC, issued this response, which is going viral on Twitter / X

"The second Amendment is for citizen defense against invasion, not arming invaders." (View Source)

For generations, it's been a felony for an illegal immigrant, aka illegal alien, aka undocumented migrant, to possess a firearm in America. This makes sense since Americans would be foolhardy to allow citizens of other nations to invade and then buy or carry guns, which would allow almost any other nation or terror group to send people over to attack or harm.

Newsmax is reporting (View Source) that on March 8, Judge Coleman ruled "that the defendant, Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, who is residing in the United States illegally, had his Second Amendment rights violated when prosecutors originally charged him with 18 U.S.C § 922, which bars illegal immigrants from carrying guns or ammunition."

    Stating...

The noncitizen possession statute, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), violates the Second Amendment as applied to Carbajal-Flores,” Judge Coleman wrote in her ruling. “Thus, the court grants Carbajal-Flores’ motion to dismiss.

ALIPAC is sounding the warning that the globalist state operatives are taking steps to arm illegal aliens, eventually giving them armed status as police officers, soldiers, and local, state, and federal agents in positions of dominion over US citizens.

Retired Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor recently told Tucker Carlson that he believes the Democrat-proposed “Courage to Serve Act would offer Amnesty, citizenship, and voting rights to illegals who replace the missing American-born soldiers who are no longer joining the military. (View Source)

    McGregor asks...

What better solution than finding people who have no connection to the American people, arming them, and then sending them out to oppress us?

ALIPAC is encouraging Americans to sound the alarm, understand, and organize against the elite-sponsored illegal immigration invasion of America and overthrow of our Republic at ALIPAC.us.

Sharon J Coleman is judge of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Appeals go to the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit located in the same courthouse as the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.

    Summary of Judge Coleman's findings
The case is United States v. Carbajal-Flores, No. 1:20-cr-00613 (for the US District Court cited above)

    Coleman notes:
The government argues that Carbajal-Flores is a noncitizen who is unlawfully present in this country. The Court notes, however, that Carbajal-Flores has never been convicted of a felony, a violent crime, or a crime involving the use of a weapon. Even in the present case, Carbajal-Flores contends that he received and used the handgun solely for self-protection and protection of property during a time of documented civil unrest in the Spring of 2020.

Coleman concluded, “The noncitizen possession statute, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), violates the Second Amendment as applied to Carbajal-Flores. Thus, the Court grants Carbajal-Flores’ motion to dismiss.”

    My comment:
Since the Second Amendment does NOT apply to a non-citizen, her decision should be thrown out by a higher court/appeal.

Here is the webpage for the Appeals Court (which should be the place this case goes after Coleman's BAD decision):
