ALIPAC was originally formed in 2004 and came to prominence after defeating in-state tuition for illegals bill HB 1183 in NC.

We then shared our successful strategies in thirty other states to stop similar bills! Since that time, untold numbers of American students have attended college in those limited seats the elites intended to give to illegals at taxpayer expense!

As you can see from the image file below, a new in-state tuition for illegal aliens bill has just been filed on March 25, 2025 as SB 691 in our home state of North Carolina while we are pinned down trying to raise the funds needed to continue to exist and operate as a national group!

We do not currently have the funding level needed to fight this bill!
