Thread: Sneak Attack Warning: Help us return to battle

Friends of ALIPAC,

We have received a warning through activists and groups like NC FIRE that North Carolina HB 328 (Licenses for illegals) sponsor Harry Warren is telling lawmakers he has the votes to pass the bill and a plan to sneak it through with a "low profile" vote in the final days or hours of the 2015 session! We have also detected a new effort from the Bush dynasty aligned, illegal alien amnesty supporting Republicans on our Cantor List of targets launching a new offensive on immigration issues!

At this moment, ALIPAC cannot respond to these new threats and illegal immigration supporter strategies because we are in Emergency Mode directing all efforts to our funds drive!

Thankfully, a very generous supporter who wants you all to know how important he feels our work at ALIPAC is has offered up to $500 in new matching funds! If we can get our supporters to donate $500 tonight, he will match it dollar for dollar adding $1,000 to our totals which would allow ALIPAC to come out swinging against the enemy on Monday or Tuesday morning!

We have currently raised $7,472 of the $15,000 we must raise by Sept 25 to avoid permanent shutdown of our national operations.

Please help us match the funds and be able to proceed with more activism to hold these lawmakers back from pushing their amnesty agendas!

There are few politicians of any stripe who can rise above the confines of economic growth models. Everyone wants to be better off, materially, but economic growth is not the only mechanism to achieve this, although nearly every "expert" would have you think so. There is also self sufficiency, i.e figuring out for yourself how to improve something, and doing it with your own labor, so that it has more value to you and to others. This can work very well, you have better control of the process (though it may be more of a struggle) and can have the feeling that you accomplished something independently.

But just like the swallows returning to Capistrano, these self proclaimed "experts" on politics and the economy happen to show up closer to elections. Because in their minds at least, they are just sooooooo valuable and expert! The Republican party is full of them----probably a lot of them are little self employed consultants who just kknnnnoooow what provides a good economy! And the Democrats have plenty of them too, ensconced in the halls of academia, and supported by the taxpayers, while they seal our doom with overpopulation.
