Americans For Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) is launching a pressure campaign to oppose President Trump's globalist plan to bring illegals that self-deport back into America through a Touchback Amnesty plan that was defeated in 2007 when Mike Huckabee proposed the same plan dubbed Shamnesty by illegal immigration opponents.

While ALIPAC advocates for both forced and self-deportation for all illegals, including DACA illegals, through the full enforcement of all existing American immigration and border laws, a touch-back Amnesty will anger Trump's base voters, weaken his second Presidency, encourage illegals, and undermine efforts to secure borders and conduct mass deportations.

"Nobody voted for Trump to give illegals Touchback Amnesty and play a Shamnesty trick where illegals leave and come right back into America 'legally, '" said William Gheen of ALIPAC.us. "Current law requires illegals to leave America and be prohibited from returning for ten years and for the employers of illegals to be fined, not given Amnesty. We've seen and defeated this kind of Amnesty attempt before in 2007."

ALIPAC opposes Amnesty for both illegals and employers that hire them and calls on the Trump administration to impose fines on businesses that employ illegal workers instead of accommodating them.

"We’re going to work with people so that if they go out in a nice [legal] way and go back to their country, we’re going to work with them right from the beginning on trying to get them back in legally. So it gives [them] a real incentive [to leave]. Otherwise, they could never come back."

The exit and return process may be 60 days, Trump suggested.

In a conversation with Kristi Noem, chief of the Department of Homeland Security, Trump said:

We’re also going to work with farmers that if they have strong recommendations for their farms for certain people, we’re going to let them stay in for a while and work with the farmers and go through a process, a legal process.

But we have to take care of our farmers and hotels and, you know, various, various places where they need the people. And we’re going to work with you very carefully on that. So a farmer will come in with a letter concerning certain people, saying they’re great, they’re working hard. We’re going to slow it [deportation and enforcement] down a little bit for them, and then we’re going to ultimately bring them back.

It appears Trump's Touchback Amnesty plan for illegal aliens has been planned for some time without full public disclosure, as DHS Secretary Kristi Noem stated on Fox News a month ago...

A similar Touchback Amnesty plan destroyed the Presidential aspirations of Governor Mike Huckabee in 2007 when he rolled this plan out saying "You do have a pathway to get back here legally that would take days, maybe weeks, not years" (View Source)

ALIPAC is calling on Americans who oppose Amnesty for illegals and don't want to see the Trump administration destroy its credibility with its supporters and undermine its law enforcement credibility with AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS to call the White House 202-456-1111 and Speaker Mike Johnson 202-225-2777 to say, "We oppose Trump's Touchback Amnesty plans for illegals! Send illegals home permanently."

President Trump similarly upset members of his base during his first term when he broke his promise to end Obama's unconstitutional DACA Amnesty and offered the Democrats a deal on Amnesty for millions of illegals, which was a big part of why he lost in 2020.
