Americans for Legal Immigration PAC believes tonight's Presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton struck out with a historically large audience because the top issue of the 2016 elections, illegal immigration, was excluded by the debate organizers.

While Donald Trump mentioned America's serious problems with illegal alien gang members possessing and using guns illegally, and the need to secure America's borders, Hillary Clinton and the debate moderator remained silent about illegal immigration.

Donald Trump speculated at an earlier date that the issue would likely be suppressed this first debate.

"Large numbers of viewers were very disappointed that many important issues were excluded from this debate. The debate organizers and CNN know that if Donald Trump ever successfully contrasts his positions on illegal immigration with Hillary Clinton's pledge to pass immigration reform amnesty for illegals, he would win the debate and the Presidency," said William Gheen, President of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC. "The absence of discussion about our problems with illegal immigration, which won the primary for Trump, made this entire debate somewhat disingenuous."

ALIPAC supports the full and adequate enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws which are designed to protect American jobs, elections, schools, hospitals, communities, and lives from the negative impacts of illegal immigration.

The organization plans to conduct an extensive activism campaign to put pressure on future debate moderators and networks to include the issue of illegal immigration in the remaining debates!
