Twitter Censors PAC Ads To Protect Illegal NonCitizen Voters

"Hateful Content" claim & says American campaigns may not advertise

On April 17, Americans For Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) sent out a press release to the nation announcing a new website (NonCitizenVoters.com) and new forum section to collect documentation of noncitizen and illegal migrant voters to assist the media, lawmakers, candidates, and voters with this important and acknowledged national issue.

Today, ALIPAC is withdrawing support for Twitter as the ad promoting that press release and information (which quickly gained 44,000 views) is censored/halted.

"Today we are releasing Twitter's emails to us declaring that felony-committing noncitizen and illegal migrant voters are a 'protected group' on X and promoting documentation and sources proving we have a system-wide problem with this form of election fraud is considered "hate speech / hateful content which they will block!" said William Gheen, spokesman of ALIPAC.

The release and post came under immediate attack by trolls on Twitter (HERE) and Facebook (HERE), claiming that anyone concerned about the issue was lying and a racist who should be censored and silenced!

ALIPAC notified a national network of activists and encouraged them to respond to the trolls with links and source citations. That activism alert can be viewed (HERE: Our release on noncitizen voters is under attack!)

ALIPAC believes that many of these attacking online trolls (nicknamed the "laughing trolls" or "China trolls" because of their use of laughing emojis) are paid influencers who are being instructed and coordinated by unidentified paymasters since they attack quickly in groups, say the same things, they attack low visibility shadowbanned accounts like @ALIPAC, have problems with basic English and understanding of issues, and respond so fast to certain content indicating they are searching platforms to respond to targeted content about immigration, Ukraine, etc...

These paid laughing trolls and power groups apparently have friends at Twitter / X, which censored/halted ALIPAC's ad accounts quickly, citing abuses of policies.

So much for Elon Musk's 44 Billion dollar efforts to restore free speech on Twitter!


Noncitizen Voters Declared a Protected Group by Twitter X

When ALIPAC contested this censorship and inquired why, Twitter declared, "Our team manually reviewed your content and confirmed that it violates our Hateful Content policy...Hate speech or advocacy against a protected group, individual, or organization."

When ALIPAC responded by asking where it was written that people of many races violating American election laws and committing felonies by voting as noncitizens are a protected group, Twitter X changed its tune and made a new claim.

American Political Campaigns Barred from Twitter Again

Failing to cite Twitter's policy protecting noncitizen voters, their ad support group made a new claim that ALIPAC's ad "after careful review, we identified the following concern: The ad is targeting country/(ies) not permitted for advertising Political Content."

ALIPAC Responded: "Yes, our ad does reference "US Elections" and definitely qualifies as a political ad since we are registered Political Action Committee with FEC ID C00405878. But according to this article in The Guardian on Aug. 29, 23 by reporter Kari Paul "Twitter allows US political candidates and parties to advertise in policy switch"

We are an American Political Action Committee advertising our concerns in the United States. We comply with all American federal regulations regarding our ads. We have provided our information to Twitter several times.

Does the current Twitter / X Political Content Policy prohibit our political advertising in the United States? Or is there a change that needs to be made to only allow our ads to run in the United States?"

Twitter Did not Respond so ALPAC wrote them again this morning and they responded with the same first email claiming the ad violates their "Hate Speech" rules.

It appears Twitter / X has reverted back to Jack Dorsey's policies of censoring American campaigns.
