We need a response.


Please confirm that it is Twitter / X ads policy to disallow American candidates, campaigns, and PACs to run ads in America or remove the restriction on our Ads account.



If you have returned the policy Elon Musk removed from Twitter, we need to inform our supporters, candidates, lawmakers we support, and the US media so everyone can know.

A lot of our contacts have been supporting Twitter / X with their time and money because we believed the freedom of speech was allowed on Twitter. If this is not the case, everyone must know.



We plan to go to the media with this situation Monday morning if our ads account is not restored on Twitter.

Thank you for your prompt response. Yes, our ad does reference "US Elections" and definitely qualifies as a political ad since we are registered Political Action Committee with FEC ID C00405878.

But according to this article in The Guardian on Aug. 29, 23 by reporter Kari Paul "Twitter allows US political candidates and parties to advertise in policy switch"

We are an American Political Action Committee advertising our concerns in the United States. We comply with all American federal regulations regarding our ads. We have provided our information to Twitter several times.

Does the current Twitter / X Political Content Policy prohibit our political advertising in the United States? Or is there a change that needs to be made to only allow our ads to run in the United States?

Dear X Ads Policy Support,

Our halted ad educating Americans about our collection of documentation proving America has a problem illegal noncitizen and illegal migrant voters is not "hateful content" and does not violate any X rule we can locate.

We are not targeting any protected group unless you are claiming that Twitter / X protects felons who commit voter fraud by lying on voter registration forms about their citizenship and casting illegal ballots in US Elections.

Please direct us to the Twitter policy that says illegal noncitizen voters in US elections are a protected group as we can't find that rule. If you will verify that noncitizen voters are a "protected group" under Twitter/X rules, please acknowledge that claim and we will notify our supporters, the media, lawmakers, and candidates so they know this is your policy.

Please escalate our request for supervisor review and restoration of our Ad account, which you have wrongfully deactivated.
