The people that shot that video are trying to pull a dirty trick on us. I have filed a counter claim at Youtube.

This video represents our free speech and freedom of political expression. It is important to the political discourse of a major national issue of interest to the American public. We are prepared to fight for our rights on those grounds, but that will not be necessary with the other evidence at hand.
On the night of Sunday November 15, 2009 we received full permission by Mr. Wayne Eckert of Channel 1 Productions in Florida to display the video. He offered the video to us and even went so far as to upload the video to our Youtube account ALIPAC1
Your records should show that this video was uploaded by Mr. Eckert’s computer and IP address.
Mr. Eckert gave us permission to use the video, uploaded the video to our account, and then sent us emails tonight claiming copyright infringement. Since we have invested time, energy, and funds circulating the video with his permissions we plan to stand against his attempt to rescind his earlier permissions for us to use the video.
We ask that Youtube restore the video in question immediately and that any defamatory marks or accusations lodged against our account by Mr. Eckert be removed from our records as we move to settle this matter in court.
There are several major media outlets across America that are connected into that video and broadcasting the content to the public as a matter of public discourse.
We have not infringed upon any copyright because the video is not copyrighted to our knowledge and the person that claims to have filmed it has given us express permission to release it and even uploaded it to our account.
In effect, the person that filed a claim against us for copyright infringement is the same person that uploaded and released the video on our account ALIPAC1. Please expedite the return of that video to an active state as soon as possible and we will deal with Mr. Eckert’s attempt to harm our organization’s reputation in court first of next week.
I swear and affirm all statements made by me are true. We are in the jurisdiction of Raleigh, NC and our address is provided below.
