Thread: Immigration Council

Hi Folks,

new to the forum but not to the immigration debate. Have always wondered why no one had formed a Council bringing all the leaders from various like minded organizations together to create a cohesive response to this issue and comprehensive (dare I say it) plan for the next five years. I guarantee the other side is doing it.
Now I hear in the rumor mill that one is underway. Does anyone have any info on who is getting it started and what it takes to be part of the Council? Needless to say we can be a lot more effective if we're all moving in the same direction.

Hey, this sounds like something long over due!

We have so many different groups around the country doing thier own thing, and there seems to be little direction. I'm sure that the wackos on the left are surley planning years in advance, so why aren't we?

I have been thinking along these lines now for over 2 years, and sure would like to see something like this happen, count me in on a yes vote if you hear who may be starting it!

If I hear anything about this I'll be sure to post it here also.

The are a lot of grassroot sites and organizations. I am a NRA member, and It would be cool to have a organization like that for immigration to. This falls under the constitution so it would be protecting it as well!

That has been my thoughts also, just didn't know how to state it.

It would be nice to have the groups listed so we get together on emails, calls, etc.

Also, I was just thinking (conspiracy nutjob here) if they do, somehow, manage to muzzle the internet to any extent, it would be helpful if there was some way we could be sure we didn't loose contact just because the internet is foiled.

I hope I explained that clearly.

For me, the only contact I have with illegal immigration news, action, etc, is through this site and sometimes when it comes up on other general sites.
