    Boa Online Chat Transcript

    The following is from one of my myspace friends and says it has been posted at SoS forums:

    Ok, here is the transcript of my online chat with B of A. I pretended to be an illegal alien. I had to use misspellings to pretend "my english not so good":

    Renee: We do not offer the accounts online. Only at the bank.

    Renee: Once you go to the bank they will explain how the accounts work for illegal immigrants

    You: and for cedit card too

    Renee: Yes for the credit card too.

    You: so nice

    Renee: What state do you live in?

    You: califronia

    Renee: Yes it is very nice.

    Renee: Great!

    You: can i get annesty too

    You: for be citizens

    Renee: I'm not sure how that works.

    You: u love ilegal too?

    So as you can see, though they claim they are not targeting the illegal immigrant community, she explicitly uses the term illegal immigrant when telling me how the bank can explain to me how to open an account.

    B of A is DIRTY.

    I have a recommendation for everyone here. It costs B of A money for these chat sessions. I oversaw the exact same thing for another company some years ago. It ties up the Reps time to do these chats and they often have upwards of 7 chats going on at once. I say WE ALL go online and start a conversation with them.
