Isn't this discrimination based on origin, since they don't ask about everyone elses origin? Sounds like it's in violation of the 14th Amendments equal protection clause, I think a good lawyer could make a good case for that.
Many unemployment benefits applications require you to check a 'yes' or 'no' box to indicate if you are Hispanic or not. Since the form won't process if you try to skip the question, you are not going to get your benefits unless you check it.

The fascists who control our government have it all figured out. If you are applying for unemployment you are not going to complain and risk delaying your checks. Likewise, you are not going to have money to hire a lawyer.
