Thread: 5 step plan to rid country of illegals:

1.) Change law so that employers are required to verify any employee is in the country legally. This includes cross referencing id's against a national Social Security database. Impose STIFF fines for offenders including the automatic seziure of company assets.

2.) Change law so that chilren of illegals are not American citizens. Make law retroactive 10 years.

3.) Any illegal found in this country will be deported and their assets will be sized and forfieted. Any individual or business supporting illegals will be HEAVILY fined. (banks, auto dealers, landlords, etc.)

4.) Empower local law enforcement to carry out these new laws. Clarify that US laws do not apply to the personal defense of illegals.

5.) Remove all spanish signs and documentation from public/government services and parks.


I know this is somewhat radical thinking... but does anyone else have any ideas? This places the burden of changing the system on the American people and not government. Fixing the system becomes a profit center vs. a fiscal drain on taxpayers. It improves homeland security and creates a clearer picture of our true economic condition. Just one idea.

Sounds pretty good to me . We can start with that and add on to it as needed . Like getting rid of the ACLU .

Only change I'd suggest is make this retroactive to 1986 which is when this crap was supposed to be taken care of in the first place.

Nothing radical about your proposal at all. It makes perfect sense; but for some reason the dumbass Americans (and government) refuse support that is what we need to do...

Something simple like denying a drivers license
would help. It would criminalize one aspect & force
local authorities to get involved.

Well, perhaps not when I think about my green card
friend who was hit-n-runned & Raleigh's Finest refused to
investigate when they got a description of the driver.

I know in Miami you can't get a drivers license if you're here illegally.

That is a good list.

Some of the statutes that survive the ACLU at Hazelton could be enacted throughout the nation.

I think that our side should start legal proceedings against sanctuary cities just like the ACLU is going against Hazelton.

Last, but most important, none of the things on your list will get done as long as Bush is President. Bush is absolutely not going to enforce immigration laws. Therefore the new number 1 step should be to:

Elect a President, preferably a Republican, who has sworn to secure the borders and to enforce all immigration laws.

I agree! That would be the fair thing. Go all the way back to the last amnesty when they promised Americans they would close the borders.

Also...anyone in government, universities, schools teaching hate of Americans and taking control of the United States...should be in prison.

Bush is like a little boy. Again, today ...acting like a spoiled little boy when he doesn't get his way. Such a traitor...he doesn't deserve to be president!
