    Malaysia has a large muslim population - they have till mid January to decide if they want to be part of the TTP deal. There was controversy re their human rights abuses and that they should not be eligible to join but O smoothed that over.

    If they join, O can bring to USA, Malaysian workers w/o needing any other approval as part of the TPP trade deal being decided in Feb '16.

    Malaysia has 11% of its people saying they "favor Isis", 25% "aren't sure", only 64% disfavor Isis. They have 19.5 muslims, 61% of their population.
