Jamiel Shaw was gunned down by an illegal immigrant gang member. This fine young man woudl still be alive today had LA cheked this gang thugs immigration status and deported him but of course they don't, they are a sanctuary city.

Following teh parents appearance in front of teh LA city council, councilman Reyes said that teh city was not ready economically as far as fighting illegal immigrant gangbangers.

Just a few councilmen and women are possibly thinkning about modifying order 40.

Ed Reyes said the, "the economy" is not ready to deport illegal invaders who are gang bangers. To listen to this ethno-centric apologist spout his rhetoric regarding his beloved illegals is sickening!

So I guess according to Reyes, the economy is more important that saving the lives of American Citizens who are murdered by these illegal gang bangers.
Ed Reyes does not belong anywhere near a position of leadership in this state and is not fit to represent the citizens of this country.

I agree. Just an utter disregard for the heinous nature of this crime. This man should not of been in our country! His mother was doing her patriotic duty over in Iraq! How horrible for her to hear her son was cut down for no reason so far away!

If the laws were enforced in the first place this would not of happened. They said they had no idea why he was not deported after being charged with brandishing a weapon during the last crime he committed!!!

The murderer was released ONE day before killing Jamiel! He would have been released to ICE, except LA is a sanctuary city, which is against federal law.

How come there are no black people on LA Council?

I called Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson's offices to ask were they were on this issue and why are they hiding under their desk and where is their outrage? What is the hold that illegals have on our country?

Those two didn't say anything after the execution style murders in NJ. Apparently they don't care unless a caucasian is involved.
